These people are utterly and completely useless.My debit card was reissued and so payments were stopped because the number was different.They suspended my nestaware Account.There is no link in the app to subscribe or resubscribe. God only knows how are you supposed to do that so you have to call them.You are connected with an Asian person whose television is deafening because they’re at home drinking coffee.After the period of an hour and 15 minutes call they can do nothing for you because they are incompetent, untrained, working from dodgy software, and useless.I have spoken to these people for an excessive three hours today.A total complete and utter waste of time talking to imbeciles.All I wanted to do was to subscribe to Nestaware and they couldn’t even provide that very basic function.My warning to you is to have nothing to do with this if it would cause you to need customer service because they can’t provide it.Three hours I have spent on the phone to them today simply trying to subscribe to nest aware and they couldn’t help me all they did was to make me jump through hoops and go round in ever decreasing circles because they just try to justify the length of the phone call and get their wages.Utter complete useless incompetence.

I'm helping a friend who is in a very similar situation to people using this site. I am his proxy with ownership of the situation. McAfee took renewal money out of his account one month before the end of expiry and has zero customer service to rectify the situation. Please look at all the other reviews where everyone is being conned out of their hard earned cash. I don't need to repeat it all here as the pattern is the very same. We now need to protect our computers against the Virus provider. McAfee.com and that is very scary. We are locking them out and so should every one else.

I appreciate that the news articles are written by people who are personally involved with the subject matter. Most other papers run duplicate articles from the Associated Press. Also AP seems negative and left leaning. I enjoy the medical and health articles also. Quality of the color and print is superb.

I had a Shutterstock subscription for about 10 years. Through that time I figured out I had paid them around €30K. Some months ago some sales guy (from Germany), who was super rude and aggressive tried to bully me into buying a corporate account, which would have been much more expensive. When I told that I would just cancel my subscription, he then tried to scare me by saying that the licenses for the images that I already had would no longer be valid. I am sure this works on some people, but not with me. I wrote back that essentially I had paid all this money already for those licenses and implied that if the licenses were not valid then they could refund my 30K first and then we can discuss my licensing issues. Of course I never heard back from him.My issue with them is firstly that they want agencies now to pay much more money for the same cheap images that you see everywhere online. With other companies, if you pay more, you get more exclusive images.The second point, and really the bigger point, is this bullying and scare tactic sales technique which may even be illegal. So within a week I went from a longtime promoter to a hater. That is what happens when you treat your longtime customers this way.
