Extremely poor service from UPS NZ. Wouldn't usually do a public post except you can't even get anyone to take the complaint seriously. Everyday we chase & are told they will look into it - told they will call us back - or ask us to call them back. Still waiting (and it's been over a week of chasing) to get an URGENT shipment (with URGENT freight costs) moved across town.

SUBSCRIPTION TRAP SCAM + IGNORANT CUSTOMER SERVICE + REMOVES REVIEWSIn late August, I was charged 24 hours earlier than usual on my subscription, I then contacted support at support(at)studocu.com to get it resolved but I did not receive any response. 2 weeks later I resent an email to support and had the same outcome. I then posted a review here explaining the situation and received a reply to contact the same support that's been ignoring me. I CONTACTED SUPPORT AGAIN, RECEIVED NO RESPONSE AND THEY REMOVED MY REVIEW ON HERE.

Squarespace is the worst thing that has ever happened to me. It is so SLOW. The interface is terrible, its not good for beginners. I spent a whole hour trying to get one image to go away from the template. No customer service to speak with. I have finally given up because I couldnt wait five minutes everytime I needed a page to load. Im trying to transfer the domain to a better host, but I cant even do that because the page isnt loading to unlock it. I built a website on GoDaddy last year and it was much easier. I have heard Wix is really good too. Dont listen to the podcast hosts. This is terrible.

Just don't waste your time with those company!Useless as!They just want your money, for no support what so ever. You would end up chasing them via not existing support! The only things they do is sending you pre-written article, that are good for expert IT people only, and if you are not sure what to do, you are f....DO NOT SIGN UP FOR ANYTHING WITH THEM!CAN'T WAIT FOR MY DOMAIN CONTRACT TO END AND MOVE AWAY!

Rented a movie from the Microsoft Store. It had no sound. I restarted the app and got the sound going but 15 minutes in it went off again. Restarting didn't help.I checked the device to ensure it was in working order, which it was.So, I rented the same movie from YouTube and contacted customer service at Microsoft.Three departments and four agents later they have decided that I am not entitled to a refund. So, I am lodging a dispute with my bank.Would not recommend but YouTube's rental service was great! Go there instead.

I wish I would have seen the Trustpilot reviews for Fandango before I purchased tickets.The convenience fee is obscene. and the promos do not work.Do NOT give them your money. They are a dying company and will GOUGE you. Their founder /CEO just committed suicide because the company is close to bankrupt.I called customer service and they are no help, offered zero service.

On October 2023 I registered with Duolingo On November 2023 I paid £59.99 for a year subscription (I attach proof of payment)On November 2023 I could not access my accountI tried to reset my password but I got a message saying my account did not existI tried creating another account with the same email thinking I was going to get a reply saying that email was already in use, but I didn't, So now, I can access the new account which does not show I have paid a year subscription but not the old one that does.Please help me to recover my account. 2 Attachments

NEVER AGAIN! Orders are either wrong, late, or both. Why am I adding detailed delivery instructions and they always get lost, no matter what location I'm ordering from? Do you hire people who can't read and follow directions, or do you just hire idiots? Why am I going through the app with specific item requests (which the app allows), but items (like straws and utensils) are always missing?! I think DD is even getting tired of their delivery drivers. Last time I ordered, I never received my order (not the first time that happened), and DD wouldn't refund my money. I've had them leave food (including hot soup) sitting in the back of my office building in 15 degrees for over 45 minutes because they said they delivered it and I didn't know where it was. Even utilized their chat "feature" to communicate directly with the delivery driver, but they never once responded. I've gotten to the point that if a restaurant uses Door Dash, I won't order from them. Customer service is of no help. They just tell you that the door dasher said it was delivered, so that means it was, so don't think they will refund your money. Not to mention ~ if your dasher smokes, your food is guaranteed to smell like an ashtray ~ IF you even receive your food! Door Dash ~ Stop hiring people who can't find their way out of their own neighborhood and who don't know how to use your own app to read directions! I'll be surprised if they even approve and allow this TRUE REVIEW to be posted. HORRIBLE!

The descriptions are disgusting and obviously exploitative using terms like "naughty little girl" and "waiting for daddy"I reported it a month ago and it still hasn't been taken down yet. I don't get why they would ever keep this on their website. I wonder if the police are aware of this.

Nick our guide was outstanding. The overall tour was wonderful. We took the "Acropolis, Parthenon and Museum Tour with Entry Tickets". Nick's knowledge was mind blowing. He couldn't have been more informative and nice. He loves what he does and it shows!
