5pc harps with case. The package card sleeve top was torn off & replaced with packing tape, no big deal. The package says there is "Free lessons, see inside for details", nothing inside for free lessons (-1*). The harps are not very good - I'm a beginner (2 years learning to play) and some of the notes won't play, blow, draw or both (-1*) as easily as my Special 20, which is OK because I purchased it mainly for the case. I did remove the strap that keeps it from fully opening because it was sewn badly and wouldn't open past 45°. The case is compact, padded and holds 5 harps, no noxious ordors and for $$ it's not bad (+1*).

I was flooded with spams and demands for money against pledges. Kickstarter is totally unreliable since backers can cancel their pledges any time during the campaign. It seems to be the new playground for Nigerian scams. Lots of backers are from Lagos.

Bought ESPN+ so excitedly to watch EURO 2020...and I really feel for my 5.99 I paid... 3 monotonous frames, one wide angle hoovring camera which does not show anything with 2 side frames with parts of body of player...what a waste and rip off..shame to you ESPN!!!

Their app is fine but as to Agoda itself. When there are no issues fine however as soon as there are problems, pre-arrival check in requirements, accomodation that does not exist there is only one word to describe them "hopeless".No contact numbers, no human support the model is chat and self service. Not helped by the use of a chat bot that is wholly unfit for purpose ( if anybody wants to understand why AI is overrated twaddle check out the Agoda chat bot). Compared to pre Covid when they were "ok" they have quickly fallen to "unsatisfactory avoid if possible" status. Even when you finally get to an employee the experience is for the most part unsatisfactory not helped by the fact that random people answer mails.Stark contrast with Trip.com who have, after Covid, re-invented themselves and offer first class service, always contactable and getting past their (equally pointless) chatbot is simple and without the irritation experienced with Agoda. Agoda needs to urgently address the issues and accept that customer service should work, requires contact numbers, real knowledgeable people and be available 24/7, if they don't know what that looks like go look at trip.com to see how it is done

I opened target red card and they have a promotional of $40 coupon. Got the card and and the $40 coupon, scanned it and it did not go through check my wallet to the target app it's not there. Tried to use it in store same thing they barcode is not working. Been on the phone for 2 hours and keep transferring mo to the red credit card department and still no one resolve my problem. Don't believe on their promotional!!!! Promotional fraud so people will open and will affect credit score!!!

November 8th I ordered a Lyft and was deducted 3 times different charges!!!!I tried to request for refund and only one amount was refunded.Today I ordered Lyft it showed it gonna be there in 1-2 mins then it changed till 12-18mins I had to cancel it and use the bus which I thought would take longer than Lyft yet it turned off to be there other way round.I need my refund and I delete the app ASAP.I wonder why every time I order for one it deducts me double and I have to follow up for refund! Why????

Every log in ends up in a email where I can create an account or log in. When I try to log in I get a new email asking me to create an account or log in - without coming any further.

Whenever I go to an article on their website it reloads the page several times, and each time it starts over at the top of the page and I have to find where I left off before being interrupted by the reload. Sometimes by the time I’ve found where I was it’s already reloading again. Sometimes the article jumps around several times while it’s loading making it impossible to read. I’m finally done with it. I never want to see cnet again.

I had a dispute on the platform and the team has taken the time to assist me on the matter and investigate it further. For a service that is pretty much free and allows for creators to share their work with the world and get tips, it is excellent!That being said, support response times aren't extremely fast but that's expected as it isn't some massive company with huge amounts of staff.Overall, I can safely say that this platform is legitimate and really puts the customer first when it comes to keeping things safe & secure.
