Microsoft has got to be the worst f-ing company for customer support. The robots are a headache to navigate and leave you with nothing but a headache. The people, (if you can get through) are just as f-ing bad. They are spineless soullesss weasels who wouldn't know a tech problem if it was biting them in the ass.

The worst customer service. Hands down. I feel as that the employees know that they have a reputation of having horrible customer service so they just don’t do any better. I had to call this morning to dispute a claim on my account. The representative on the phone, started fumbling her words, I asked her was it the dispute department because I’m trying to file a dispute, she said oh no I have to get you over to them, I said OK. Then she says again “Do you just need to File a dispute ?” Hello that’s what I just said. I felt she wasn’t very bright, so I just stated I’ll call back. I get another rep on the phone she answers the phone very lazy and dry and huffing and puffing. I tried explaining the situation about the complaint she continue to interrupt me. I asked her to verify some information. She was asking me questions that didn’t make sense. Once we finally filed the complaint, I asked her to repeat the claim number over to me. she asked me to repeat it back to her. What!! I know how WF customer is so I just repeated it. She than said Anything Else…. Wow. I say No she Ok well have a good day click….. How rude and unprofessional there service reps are. The must get people who are fine with making minimum wage.

2 months after buying a 1800$ laptop, my laptop charger fell from the computer desk onto the wood floor.It broke. First time it fell, couldnt take more then a 3 foot fall. A product worth a few hundred bucks succumbing to a fall any other product in its category can survive.Obviously i think the warranty will cover this. Nope. Lenovo refuses to exchange the charger because it fell on the floor.Not to mention their windows comes full of bloatware thats impossible to remove.Dont buy HP, dont buy Lenovo.

Still waiting for refund after 30 days. Returned items were authorized with RMA. Items were tracked and received thru FedEx. Customer service on returns is horrible, you just get passed around from one service reps to another with no clue and no resolution. I have purchased Dell products for years and this will be the last time. Dell is all about getting your money and no customer support.

Our Backup server having one hdisk faulty and the server is under dell Pro Plus support until Nov 2023. But Dell Tech support refuse to replace the hdd just because the hdd is different brand compare to other 9 unit hdd which is Toshiba. The faulty disk is Brand Seagate. They claim that we purchase the hdd from other company. How the hell do I know about it. And all this while since 2015 the server is under dell warranty and why do we need to purchase hdd from other company for what reason???

Very frustrated with Twitter. I fell victim to a crypto scam due to a hacked verified Twitter account. Now I'm out thousands of dollars because Twitter can't secure its accounts, especially its verified accounts. Thanks Twitter, from all of us who put WAY too much trust in the verified blue badge.
