After reading many comments, I realized that it is common for Porsche Centre Sydney South dealer to order the wrong car. When I was notified to pick up the car (with the order number and vin) after waiting for six months, I was told: Sorry, your car has never been manufactured. I thought it was an isolated case, but after I found that it is the normal. This team can repeatedly make mistakes after you ordering. Hahaha, I didn't expect that this car dealership has a function to test your luck. If you can pick up the right order, you are lucky. If you can't, It's your bad luck and nothing to do with them. No wonder the sales manager Anthony Jones handled these matter so confidently and easily. How strong must he be to lead a team with so many mistakes and omissions in orders。His attitude told me that they had ordered the wrong car because that it was just your bad luck and not their fault.

Was bad when I first started using it and at that just as a dummy account; it has gotten even worse as time has went by. Blocking rules sound good - but don't work. Takes about 20 seconds after loading to become responsive - what is this, the 90's? I can't actually remember all the specific things that are disfunctional about it because A: It's almost everything, and B: I rarely use it any more.

Not great. Signed up, as many do, for the free trial, but once I realised the price was as steep as it was, I went onto the website to cancel. No such luck. Called them because that's the only way you're allowed to cancel, and had a 15 minute waste of time as I ended up at number one before being told the line was too busy and they hung up on me. I FINALLY got through to a 'Tina' (who sounded utterly depressed, and quite likely Polish) and after a bit of dancing around she finally agreed to cancel my contract - not before offering a 90% discount but by now my mind was well and truly made up. In this day and age to force subs to phone up to cancel is just ludicrous, and is clearly designed to put you off. 'Tina' told me it was my fault for not looking at the small print... At least the number is an 0800. Who knew the London Times had deteriorated this badly...

I bought a printer few years back, now changing home and trying to setup the printer again on the new wifi, after spending hours and trying different stuff (i literally tried everything), I decided to go to the last resort solution which was positing a post on the HP community website to ask for help. And well they mark my message as spam when I was literally just giving all the steps I have followed without giving any kind of personal information or anything suspicious. So 1) the worst to actually get your product works again when you get out of the normal use case, and 2) cannot get support when needed. I would not buy again from them
