Review of getresponse
I had used a couple of other popular email engines but I found getresponse to be the best, now my hundreds of mails are set on auto responders, I literally use all their available features like unlimited landing pages, pop up widgets and many more, their revamped reports dashboard gives one a hawks view of the campaigns and you can improve on each one of those, overall cost effective and user friendly, go for it
Review of chess
My account, which had a premium membership, was closed 4 months ago. I have reached out to the support team about a couple of months ago to apologize for what I did that got my account closed, as well as attempted to apologize by creating a temporary account and reaching out into the Help and Support forums on the site. However, even though the only thing I did was used that temporary account to apologize for what got my original account closed for abuse, all that happened was that temporary account was also closed for abuse in the same day without warning, thus ignoring my sincere apology. I felt like this was unfair treatment, so I felt very hurt, because I was apologizing, not violating community guidelines.I also noticed that ever since my account closure, the support team has not responded to my support tickets containing my apologies at all, suggesting that I’m no longer allowed to communicate with the support team. I even tried to do a test login to my closed account, but now I am getting an RP13 error instead of the usual “This account has be closed” prompt, suggesting that I am permanently banned from the site. Given the fact that one of the main community policies of chess.com states to be Kind, helpful, and forgiving, the lack of response from the support team to my apologies does not follow this policy at all. I have tried other chess apps and sites and they're not the same because they don't have the unique features that Chess.com has, like the puzzle battles, 4 player chess, and being able to customize your own profile. In addition, my local chess clubs use chess.com as their main online chess destination. These are the reasons why Chess.com is my favorite site.I miss playing chess on Chess.com because I have met some great people and clubs on the site, and now I'm unable to enjoy what I used to enjoy because my account is closed.I hope someone can help me here and give me a second chance. I am committed to following Chess.com's community guidelines and Terms of Service.Thank you for your help and stay safe.

Review of att
AT&T has locked my cell phone and refuses to unlock it. Salesmen in-store and customer service failed to disclose to me their policy of requiring service for 6 months until after I purchased service with another carrier but couldn't use it because my phone was locked. This lack of disclosure about the 6-month service requirement has caused me significant distress and financial inconvenience. I meet the requirements listed on their website to unlock it. I requested an unlock but the male tech support refuses, was rude and he yelled at me. The store employees said I will have to purchase another wireless phone. I have a family and have been without cellular service for a week and customer service knew my intention to end prepaid service with AT&T and I've paid for service with another carrier but can't use it. It took hours to reach anyone and I had big problems initially starting service which should have been a red flag.
Review of shapeways
The items I ordered arrived in a ludicrously large box (the employee warned me when handing it over that "it feels empty") and they were full of grit. Customer FAQ indicates that items are cleaned before shipping, so I emailed customer service. They blamed the design (not untrue but maybe they should vet the products available to purchase a little better), pointed me toward a different FAQ page aimed at designers, and recommended I pick it out with a sharp object.
Review of seekingalpha
the information provided in seeking alpha is top level, my score of 8 over 10 is because i bought the premium and immediately i get a message to join the Pro membership with additional cost, so things are not clear from the start. I suggest to let you know to all customers this because i paid thinking i will get all services from seeking alpha and not, you must pay additional charges. This lack of clarity cant make me evaluate with a 10.

Review of BBC
I’m increasingly frustrated with what this institution has become. It appears heavily biased towards so-called “woke” policies, often at the expense of the values and concerns of the indigenous population. There’s a noticeable tolerance — even promotion — of antisemitic rhetoric, alongside a constant push of trans and drag-related content that many feel is disproportionate and ideologically driven. This used to be a world-respected organisation, trusted for its impartiality and integrity. Now, it often feels more like a political mouthpiece than a public broadcaster. Why am I being forced to fund something that no longer represents the views or interests of a large portion of the population?
Review of venmo
Venmo sucks. I made about 20 attempts to do a payment to a friend, and every time I got an error message with "try again later." I did the set-up on both my computer and phone, spent a RIDICULOUS amount of time with codes and log-ins and all the rest, and never got a payment to go through. Hate hate hate. Will never use again.

Review of hp
I will never buy an HP printer again.Their Instant Ink subscription plan is basically a scam, and once you end the subscription, the ink stops working, so be aware of that. Also, their customer service agent lied and said that he would send the free cartridge as the one I bought didn't work with the printer, and I never received it. Terrible customer service.
Review of dropbox
They offered me a free trial and rather stupidly I gave them my Credit Card details and forgot to cancel after the free trial. They then charged me £432 including VAT for a single user. They were impossible to contact so I asked my Credit Card company to recover the money which they eventually did. To my amazement they charged another £432 a year later and I had to go through all the hassle again of getting my Credit Card company to recover it. Don't touch them with a barge pole!

Review of rankmath
Rank Math is intuitive and easy to use. I was able to optimize my site far more effectively than with Yoast, which I found cumbersome and annoying. However, I inadvertently used 2 different emails when purchasing and creating an account. My mistake, certainly. Despite contacting support to merge them into one account multiple times I keep losing access to the paid version and my API key is rendered invalid. After several months this still isn't resolved even though support has told me it was corrected. Unacceptable.Reply to Rank Math: Trust Pilot doesn't allow links in reviews.
Review of mailerlite
We are a German non-profit in the renewable energy space and were in the middle of a mission-critical campaign when MailerLite suspended our account for non-specific violations of their Terms of Service and Anti-Spam policy. This suspension meant that all the account functions, including access to live support, were shut off immediately. We could not access the stats for the campaign that ostensibly triggered this suspension, either.MailerLite, as we soon painfully realized, is a 100% remote company. That means there is no central office and no support telephone number. With our live support suspended, we had no way to contact them.At 4 am Central European Time, we finally received an e-mail from someone in the compliance department. They asked a series of questions about the origins of our address list without being specific about what aspect of the Anti-Spam policy we had allegedly violated. We answered their questions, then waited another entire day for a response.A full day later we finally received a message which regurgitated the Anti-Spam policy, claimed that we had violated it, and that our account would be terminated in thirty days. There was no discussion of our submissions, no presentation of the evidence apart from a claim that the bounce rate on our last campaign was seven times the allowed limit (so 35%), and no inquiry as to why that might be given that we had been clients for over a year and had historically low unsubscribe, bounce and spam report rates.Google and Yahoo have just made major changes to their guidelines for bulk e-mail. I didn't discover this might be a concern until after this account suspension, in no small part because MailerLite made no effort to notify its customers directly (in fact, I learned that this might be a factor from a customer of competing bulk e-mail provider!) We had a 0.3% bounce rate on 29 January 2024, and now we have a 35% bounce rate?In any event, MailerLite has shown no interest in determining possible legitimate reasons for a bounce rate that high, and is not responding to our sincere e-mails. This treatment, after a year as a customer and over 350 EUR in fees, stands in stark contrast to the friendly image they present on their website.A final note: We were looking for a GDPR-compliant, European provider, and because MailerLite appeared to be in Lithuania, we thought we had one. Sometime during the time we were a customer, they incorporated in Delaware. This has come with an overall decline in service quality. All of the above things, combined with the buggy interface and the poor UX, have made our experience with MailerLite among the worst that I personally have ever witnessed with a B2B business.
Review of wayfair
Ordered a kitchenware drying rack that arrived in a damaged product box covered in packing tape, and which was previously used. In addition, the anticipated refund amount deducted $14 for FedEx shipping. Never using Wayfair again, and will be initiating a chargeback action.UPDATE: In response to the Wayfair reply, there was no request to submit evidence of damage, rather, a lame redirection to contact the manufacturer directly to rectify the problem. Again, an extremely disappointing experience overall, and not one that I will repeat.
Review of unity3d
Lucky devil slot is a joke and a fraud. They don't pay. Unity is the developer they tell you and not responsible for what the game owner does. They make excuses. The game puts you in queue lines that never go down. They say be patient for payment that's never coming. What makes me mad is we as consumerzkeep allowing them to lie and cheat us. Don't download any unity games. All they want is your bank info and they are doing it through Paypal and Cash app and those companies need to put a stop to these frauds cause it making them look bad. Uninstall all these worthless games that take your time for nothing in return !
