I've been trying to cancel my zoom subscription for two months. Despite the information telling me I can cancel online there is no link to the Billing section on my account. I had to go through my bank and cancel the payment. Despite emailing four times I've had no response whatsoeverI have just edited this review because I had the pleasure of dealing with Catherine PENESA from zoom she was very helpful in cancelling my account

I was charged for my order and I never received it. We contacted the restaurant and they did not have any record of the order or it being collected. When making the order on line we had an order number. Despite contacting UberEats stating we had video evidence showing that there was no delivery person delivering our order. There comeback was they followed policy and no refund is applicable. The restaurant had no record of the order (we were given an order number) being collected. So who is not being honest, we have a record of the money being taken out of our account, video evidence of "no show delivery driver", a record of our telephone order being made. UberEats, not in our case UberNOEATS!

I initially applied for a Capital One credit card in May 2024 but was denied. However, I continued to receive weekly emails encouraging me to check my pre-approval status. After seeing these repeated invitations, I applied again in October 2024 and was approved on October 15, 2024.At the time, I specifically chose this card based on the advertised introductory sign-up bonus that required a spending threshold within the first three months. Unfortunately, just two weeks prior to my approval, Hurricane Helene struck my town of Asheville, NC (September 2024), leaving us in a prolonged state of personal, collective, and community recovery efforts. Despite my best intentions, this disaster impacted my ability to make the required purchase within the given timeframe.Now that I am finally ready to make my $5,000 purchase on February 15, 2025, I called Capital One on February 12, 2025, to request an extension of the introductory offer due to these extraordinary circumstances. Despite my excellent credit and my clear willingness to meet the terms of the offer—only one month beyond the deadline—I was told that no extension was possible, even after escalating my request.This lack of flexibility and customer support is deeply disappointing, especially given the circumstances and the frequency with which Capital One previously reached out to encourage me to apply. Since Capital One has refused to honor the very offer that led me to choose to cancel the card.

I am a huge consumer of credit and have used Capital one credit cards with 3 cards for 13 years now. Never a problem. Always fast to the phone and very knowledgeable u.s. staff. I do not know why so many others have such issues. Very few companies like this any more in the usa. Maybe Amazon and Chewy.com.

My Facebook feed is filled with pages that I never followed, that I don't care about. I only want to see what my friends are up to. I searched for how to hide pages from my feed that I never followed, and apparently it's impossible. There is no way to block all the spam and junk from my feed that I don't want to see. I'm now trying to find another platform to use to see what my friends are up to, since Facebook seems to have turned into something else.
