Ordered a PC and paid for 2 day shipping. Expected delivery was 1/5/2024 at noon. It's the end of the 3rd day and nothing has been delivered! Customer support told me the product was showing delivered today. I have been home all day and nothing or no one from Woot has show up. Starting to fell I've been scammed. Good thing I used a Credit Card. Will be able to dispute the payment. I had high hopes that an Amazon Co. was going to be able to deliver for me.....Live and learn, then tell others !

I signed up for Thumbtack thinking I could get some work and somebody from Atlanta, GAmessaged me and you charged me. How can I work for anyone from Atlanta? I will not be using the service if that’s how you charge. I heard that you charge a lot from many clients but wasn’t aware how it works- I see whatthey are now talking about. I will not use your service ever again for my work.

1/6/18 I've talked with the tech support, they told me to format the hard drive it's now been close to 48 hours since I started on it close to 2 days ago. I had gotten this hard drive for Christmas excited I downloaded some shows I had on my computer. It worked fine for about a day by day 3 it stopped working entirely. It kept crashing my computer in annoying ways I was trying to access my file folder but every time I tried My laptop would freeze and leave me on a black screen. This device has been a giant headache, I appreciated it when I got it but I will say this here this company is a scam, rip off, and should never be partnered with retailers again. I've seen reviews like mine speaking of the same results. They charge you hundreds of dollars just to recover that data it's shady as hell when the device is only worth 80 dollars and in some places less than that. NEVER buy from them ever I'm going back to Costco screw this company I'm getting my money back thieves.

I use Loom at work on daily basis and it is a lifesaver! It have occasional crush but experience overall is amazing and saves so much time in correspondence with our customers and colleagues. One thing though - I heard a rumor that Loom employers are called Loommates - it is cute, but... did you consider Loomminati? It is so much cooler you guys! Hugs!

just a complete shitshow.Wanted to schedule reels, should be a really basic and easy hard to 🖕 up feature right? well i guess not, because everytime (about 7 tries now i've tried to schedule a reel. and they just get deleted. Meta maybe give up that 💩 VR headseat and put some money and resources where your customers actually need it.

Truly the worst customer service I have ever come across. After scheduling a zoom with Mowmita a customer service person at Box, not only did this person fail to show up to the zoom, not give any notice whatsoever of not being able to make it - when this person finally resurfaced and got in touch, the excuse given was a joke. Claiming a very bad cold they said they had to decline the zoom - declining means notifying someone and this person did not even bother to do that. Then when I responded and said sorry to hear that but it would have been nice to have been told rather than sit on a zoom waiting - this person never even responded, didn't try to re-arrange, and now 6 days later I have heard nothing. This level of emotional and professional immaturity is shocking. time to find another company as clearly Box does not care at all about their customers. just look at all the negative ratings they get and they still cannot show up in a simple and courteous manner with customers. Pathetic, disrespectful and unprofessional.

DO NOT SIGN UP YOU CANNOT CANCEL!!!!They sign you up with a free trial, but there is no way to cancel the trial unless you call up and wait in a never ending queue!!Which is cut off after holding for 20 or so minutes!!ITS RIDICULOUS! If you can sign up online you should be able to cancel online too!

Just had a letter from the Times detailing their ludicrous price increase. I have paid their £13 a month for some time and it’s a luxury. Increasing this to £30 a month though is a joke. Totally tone deaf especially at present. Also you cannot cancel by email. Personally I would question the legality of that. You can however cancel your direct debit and then maybe keep the email you sent as proof of cancellation for when they try to collect? In any case I called to cancel in the end. Long wait time so I went for the call back, which I got. They then try to sell you another type of subscription. They got a strong ‘no thanks’ from me. I do feel for their call centre staff. I bet they are getting a lot of calls at the moment. They even opened with me ‘is this about the recent price increase.’ I suspect the Times is going to lose a lot of loyal customers over this. How they thought that people could stomach that increase, particularly in the current climate, is quite laughable.

Twice now something has happened to where my reservation didn’t work out. (No fault of Hotels.com) but both times they helped me fix it so I didn’t lose any money and even got me hooked up with a better hotel for the same price as a not so great hotel! They’re awesome!!!

I was a dedicated user of Duolingo to learn Japanese. I had about a 150 day streak with no days off. Many day were for several hours. But then it started teaching me lessons in KANJI the complex writing system of Japan. I didn't want to learn how to read or write. I wanted to learn how to converse. After dealing with it for weeks, I just felt frustrated and quit. I feel I wasted a lot of time with Duolingo.

Horrible programming. Largely stupid and crass contrivances for people to take their clothes off; essentially a cultural tumour. The aggressive ugliness of their output is remarkably consistent, garish colours and bad taste to attract the lowest common denominators.The news team are embarrassing.
