Impossible to contact tech support

There is no way to find your "six digit" code. It's not on profile page, as they suggest.So, Zoom makes it impossible to contact tech support via chat or phone and you must wait for email response.IE: Looking like you're making tech support available, but then cutting off 2 out of 3 ways to contact support = horrible customer service - but good for Zoom's profits.What a scam and an insult.

The best platform to purchase games from!

The buying process is painless, fast, and easy. GOG is my default place to buy games for myself and others. The Galaxy app makes installing your games trivial and comparable to the other players in the space like Steam and Epic, except without the DRM and other strings that come attached.

Horrible customer service and company!

First HP tried to blame it on me that my 6 months old laptop became faulty with striped lines on the screen and under performing CPU. After a lot of back and forth and over 1h on the phone, they finally resolved that my warranty is valid.The laptop was picked up by HP's scheduled service and delivered to them within 2 days. I was advised that the repair will take longer and my repair will conclude in about month time ... I was gutted, however decided to wait one month. After a few days an email came and they said that the part was in shortage and they case was placed on hold until early next year ... Nightmare! I would not wait over 2 months for the repair of my warranted computer. Very much so illegal conditions they tried to impose. I filed a complain and this has been going even more nightmarish than the first conversations. I really is a fact that not normal people work for this redundant company. The complaint staff member would simply waste my time with meaningless repetitive emails. I told them that if they do not find a solution I will be suing them and I meant it. They then offered to send a replacement laptop with similar specifications. I accepted the offer but the hell continued. The bummer person booked COLLECTION for the same faulty unit they had already collected nearly a month ago at this point. There has been lots and lots of meaningless back and forth and I do not yet have either my repaired laptop or a replacement. Totally robbed! Stay away from this horrible company!

The worst experience in Germany

The worst experience in Germany. Operators are unwilling or unable to help. English support is non existent and when they hear you speak english they hang up on you. My latest situation is I moved out of Germany and wanted to cancel my contract. I sent a letter, returned my router and gave my leaving document to them. I was notified that I would be charged for another year in accordance with 'German regulations' because I didn't do it properly. All this in German. I tried to call and get help on this and they said the best I could do was be charged for another 3 months!!! After 3 years their customer with no complaints about their useless internet this is what I got.

AVOID VODAFONE GERMANY

I signed up on Jan 6, 2025, and had to go to Alexanderplatz just to get my SIM. They charged me €85 for the first month, but the internet was terrible—especially when my online classes began on Jan 20. I had to rely on my roommate’s cheaper, more reliable connection. Even after replacing the SIM and moving apartments, nothing improved. They offered a fiber solution for €30, but the actual cost was *much higher*—misleading again. Vodafone keeps offering “solutions” that only cost more. Total disappointment. **I don’t recommend Vodafone.**

False Warranty Listings

The warranties listed on products sold by this company are, in my experience, false. I have had a warranty claim outstanding on a faulty Logitech device for six months and they have not dealt with it.There is no means to contact anyone involved with warranty cases. There are customer service agents but these are intentionally firewalled from anyone involved with any authority to take any action - their job is solely to waste claimants time and fob them off and they cannot even communicate with the 'correct' team, who I am.not convinced exist.

Ordered a product that was shipped

Ordered a product that was shipped, weeks later received a refund with absolutely no explanation at all. No offer to re send the product, no communication as to what had happened, zero…. I had to chase and was told that somehow they received the product back again so just cancelled the order with no attempt to reach out. Terrible service.

My account got hacked

My account got hacked. They changed my email, mobile number and password. So now i cant get in but someone else can. Help centre is no help. Customer service is non existent. How the hell im i supposed to report this. When they want to send me a code its to the hackers email. Howay man Zuckerberg think about it.
