disappointed. On delivery, the goods arrived in a damaged package. moreover, the delivery package is intact, and inside the product itself is an air humidifier in a punctured box. the product itself is easy to use, although not cheap, but the packaging is all as if punctured by nails. I'm afraid the product itself might be damaged because of this. When I wrote the review, Philips deleted it. This is disrespectful to customers. I don't think this should be. the humidifier was urgently needed, so I took the delivery. but I don't want to buy anything else from Philips. should have warned that the goods are in damaged packaging.

I booked a room with seaview for EUR 214. I got a room in the cellar with no view. I tried to negociate with the hotel staff, because they had a lot of free rooms with seaview. But the Manager said for the price i payed with agoda, they don't can give me a seaview room, even if they are available. They would not work with agoda because there are fraudsters the work only with booking.com. I responded that this is not my problem. I would have clearly a seaviewroom booking, but i only get the cellar room with no view. Agoda confirmed per mail that its 100% their responsability because of technical error.they wanted to give me a voucher for EUR 31. This offer is ridicoulous in comparison to the EUR 214 i payed for nothing.It's a clear breach of contract from agodas side an they give me not my money back. Now I understand why the hotelmanager said that they are frauders.

So this review is following my second order, the lavender mint daily wash is amazing and the best compliment I can give is that it feels natural, not my natural haze, but tamed and calm. The beard butter is the best I’ve found too! Love this stuff and my UK bearded brothers… the shipping costs are worth it! Just wish these guys could stock it in the uk somewhere! @Copperjohns please sort it out
