Just started an acct for my husband, got a confirmation, then in less than 24 hours got a message that it was disabled and would not be allowed to ever have an acct and what idiocy! We didn't even get information posted,!! What kind of reprobates are behind this clandestine operation? Of course, I don't think they can comprehend what I just verbalized. It's pretty evident that they are racist and discriminitory against the aged. Stay away from these creeps!

Still trying to get my remaining balance back. booking.com is useless and now I need to submit a dispute. Avoid this company altogether and the travel insurance is a scam. They ask you for your banking information once you cancel.

Horrible experience. I thought I had bought a $50 Amazon book on Chegg for $40. Yay me, I got a deal! Wrong. Apparently I rented it? Then end up having to pay nearly double what the book was worth as I had given it to a friend who is starting school next May. They hadn’t even used it yet! Who rents a $50 book for $40 and then is charged fees that end up being over the purchase price? After that I had to go through the most extensive steps to delete my account that I’ve ever experienced in my life. Why such hardcore security to delete an account to “rent” a book? If I wanted to rent a book, I would go to the library and get it for free. This was the worst experience.

My Lyft driver never showed up. I called to see where they were, they said three more minutes. I waited 10 more minutes, no ride. I tried to call customer service, it’s impossible to talk to a real person. All customer service numbers hang up on you, almost instantly I was made late to work, and had to pay more for a ride when I had to rebook it. I would chew on a pound of tinfoil before I use Lyft again. Waste of money, waste of time, zero customer service, terrible app.

I use AVG internet security on various different devices for years and this software has kept them very secure. I have never encountered a problem or been infected with malware during use of this particular software. AVG internet security is very easy to use, simple to install and has an intuitive user-interface, even for users who aren't savvy with computers. I totally recommend this for those who intend to keep their devices whether it be a smartphone, a tablet, a laptop, or a desktop computer very secure from any kind of malware.

I have had nothing but positive experiences with Coursera, across several courses and certificate/specialization programs, so I am baffled at all these one-star reviews.Coursera allows a student to acquire knowledge, then test that knowledge with graded quizzes and short essays, and in some cases, interact with fellow students via comments. All for the low low price of $0, $49, or $79 per month, depending on the program (among those I have viewed).These certificates/specializations look great on my résumé and may prove to be career-changing. In some cases, I have followed up the Coursera program by reading a book on a specific topic to deepen my knowledge, but saying "I read these books" is nowhere near as powerful as saying "I completed this educational curriculum" when you are writing your résumé.I wish you success in YOUR educational journey.

To start with, it's very interesting that the BMC website shows itself having 5.0 stars for reviews but it's much less on outside sites. I signed up for Buy Me A Coffee months ago, and I had thoroughly researched online first to make sure they were legit. Lots of good reviews and recommendations. So I gave them all my intimate financial details and over the months I've received some donations, totaling up to a decent little amount. Enough to where I was ready to make my first withdrawal. But now very suddenly out of the blue, they've put a hold on my money and requested additional details about my online activities (a poorly worded request, I might add, it's difficult to understand exactly what they're wanting from you). I thought it was odd but submitted the information anyway. It's been a while and I haven't heard back yet; I think the confirmation said to expect a few business days. Now after going to third party review sites and reading many other reviewers who ended up not getting their money either, I am quite certain that my account will end in the same fate. But whether it does or doesn't, I am still leaving this company, as it no longer seems trustworthy at all. Plus, it's really embarrassing as a creator to have to explain to your supporters, if they even do end up getting refunded, because it makes us sound non-legit even though it's BMC that's the problem. I see that there are some good reviews still, so I'm guessing that if you are a highly active or "featured" earner, you probably are safe from these scammy tactics. I would highly recommend to creators thinking of signing up for this service that they look elsewhere. And by the way, BMC, if you're reading this: You may want to do these "account reviews" at the get-go, BEFORE we spend the time and effort to earn a bunch of tips that we'll probably never receive! It would save a lot of frustration all around: for you, for supporters, and certainly for the creators. We artists have been stomped on enough online the past few years.

I decided to take the plunge and look at investing in crypto. I got in touch with a dubious advisor who was extremely annoying throughout our 3 months of conversations. He informed me that my crypto wallet was 12.5k and I needed to withdraw immediately through binance otherwise he would close my account. An email arrived from binance informing me that to receive the money first had to pay them 5.5k as liquidity (?) which I refused as was suspicious. I emailed binance regarding the matter but got no reply.
