Customer Support sucks big time iv'e been trying to un link an xbox account for 4 Months now and getting absolutely nowhere for a company this size you would think it would be a simple proccess but you would be comletely wrong. Easily the worst company iv'e ever dealt with i'll give it 1 more month if it's not sorted i'm leaving for good.

Amazon itself is amazing with next day delivery! Im constantly buying stuff because it is really convenient, HOWEVER!! The delivery system is terrible they will leave parcels on the doorstep for everyone to see!! I have my safe place set up and some do leave them there but the majority they will just leave on the doorstep, no knock either! My neighbour will actually take these in for me so they dont get nicked….. is it so hard to leave in the safe place??!!! Shocking

I contacted the ICO after discovering a Financial Services Provider was using an insecure process that had the potential to give criminals access to customer data and funds. It would be irresponsible to elaborate further but I am trained in cyber security and am confident that the vulnerability is serious. I have also consulted colleagues who agree the vulnerability is real and serious.I did attempt to bring the vulnerability to the attention of the the Financial Services Provider but they gave a vague and at times irrelevant explanation, you know the type of thing "we take data security seriously and have processes in place for things that do not relate to your specific concern".On initially contacting the ICO they seemed very concerned, confirmed that the vulnerability was a breach of the Data Protection Act and asked me to raise a case supplying all the details which I did.Many months later I chased them as I'd not received anything back. Initially the ICO seemed confused as they stated they did not regulate the financial services industry. I referred them back to my original complaint, pointing out that I'd clearly stated I was complaining about the insecure transmission of sensitive personal data by the Financial Services Provider. They replied saying they agreed with me that the Financial Services Provider were not fulfilling their legal obligations as specified in the Data Protection Act. They then wrote to the Financial Services Provider stating they were required to address my concerns. The Financial Services Provider then apologised for not handling my complaint properly but stated they would not change their practices as they had been advised that what they were doing was secure. Again I am trained in cyber security and the Financial Services Providers processes are not secure as it allows sensitive data to be transmitted unencrypted and with no other safeguards over multiple third party servers and networks, this is in contravention of the Data Protection Act. The ICO's own website clearly states that "The UK GDPR requires you to process personal data securely using appropriate technical and organisational measures." No evidence has ever been produced by the Financial Service Provider that they are doing this.I went back to the ICO and asked them to again intervene, however was shocked when they refused to investigate further saying they had fulfilled their obligations. The Financial Services Provider continues to operate putting customers pensions at risk of significant fraud. The ICO has in this instance failed to perform its primary function. What I have witnessed is a clear failure of leadership within the ICO. The other reviews on TrustPilot show this is not an isolated incident and UK taxpayers money is being wasted on this badly run and ineffective organisation.

Called AAA Roadside assistance for a dead battery in a car at my home. The tech arrived, tested the batter, confirmed it dead, and “jump started” my car with his portable battery. THEN: Tech told me that he didn’t have the battery in his truck and so I would have to drive my cat to the AAA Service Center for a replacement battery. I have called AAA many times in the past for a dead battery and have always had the tech install a replacement battery. I drove to the AAA Service Center and was told that “this is how we do it now”, and that I was “lucky” in the past. Told that I had to wait an hour for a new battery to be installed;I refused and insisted that the new battery was installed right away, which it was. I pay AAA for a service that they did not provide.

Bought a HP machine for my last (personal use) laptop, and have had ongoing problems ever since. Basic functionalities not working and unclear, device drivers constantly needing to be reinstalled, updates being required seemingly every time I log on and taking sometimes north of an hour to download and install. Support options are awful, outdated, and largely I need to dig around forums and find trial and work out solutions on my own because their website doesn't help. Download packages (eg software updates) from their own website often down work, show download or instal errors, or require multiple restarts to get going. Will never purchase HP again - previously thought they were a respected brand, but I was sorely mistaken.

Received a black bodysuit with crusted, white stains (hopefully you are catching my drift, it did NOT look like deodorant) on it. Disgusting. The customer service freephone number is a joke- overheard two sales representatives gossiping when I was connected, one of them realised that the phone had connected and was scrabbling about trying to find the phone. Eventually, she told me that she would resend the item, free of charge. I never received an email confirmation of this etc... finally decided to just return the entire order to discover that returns cost £5... plus £5 delivery, meaning that you essentially pay £10 just to try on the clothes. Overall, was a very bad experience. I thought that perhaps it just happened to go wrong for me, but after seeing the amount of reviews which are along similar lines to mine- it's made me realise that it's obviously a common occurrence.
