What a great process, an an ingenious idea. The submissions from all the designers was eye opening, for there were so many options I would have never dreamed of. The designers I chose were excellent and really expressed what I want in my brand.Although I found the navigation difficult, for I think there should be an icon on the home page to go right to ‘My Contests’, the process was an easy one. I will definitely use 99 designs again.

Poor business practices.Gave the test run of the premium subscription plan, failed to cancel it on time (my mistake), received the email describing to support that I had moved from Wordpress. Received an email back basically describing that they'd support me up until the end of my subscription but wouldn't be refunding me money.Literally costs you nothing to be like this Yoast. Not my cup of tea, will steer clear in future.EDIT: Don't let the "reached out" fool you, my money hasn't been refunded.

What I get from the Wordfence plugin is peace of mind - worth a great deal and yet the software isn't prohibitively expensive. I've only infrequently needed help but in those cases I've waited only a couple of hours for assistance, and have always been happy with the support.

Clover has destroyed our small business. Holding funds for months at a time. Employees fail to do their jobs correctly resulting in destruction to our business. Takes 100's of phone calls to get through to someone only to be bounced around. This company takes small business funds.

I enjoy using Square although I think it is wrong to take out your fees on my tips. You should only be feeing my service totals, not my tips. Especially since you separate tip totals from service costs. In my opinion that is stealing from money you're not entitled to. You need to change this!

Really bad refund policy. Accidentally purchased a game because the DualSense controller was accidentally connected simultaneously to the PS5 and PC via Bluetooth and USB-C. The controller's software doesn't disconnect from Bluetooth when you plug the controller in. So everything I did on my PC game, I was also doing on the PS5, except I couldn't see the screen and it somehow ended up repurchasing a game I already owned a physical copy of. Luckily I saw the receipt appear on my phone and was able to connect my TV back to the PS5 and cancel the download way before it completed, at around the 20% mark.It was difficult to get in touch with someone for a refund due to the hours and bugs in their website. When I finally got in touch they initially refused to give a refund because the game had been "downloaded and played". Yes, their systems are so bad they cannot even tell whether a game has finished downloading and actually been played. Perhaps this is because I already owned a physical copy, in which case this is yet another bug they need to fix.After two pages of back and forth and threatening a chargeback, they finally relented and gave me a refund. It should not have been so difficult. I shouldn't have to be a lawyer to get Sony to fix their mistakes when their software is so full of bugs.Never leave your payment method on file with this scammy company, and make sure you turn on "Require password for purchase."Appreciate the eventual refund but one star for the ordeal I shouldn't have had to go through to get the company to behave in a reasonable way and honor their own refund policy.

use to be a great software but technical support or their developers are unqualified :( Would not be surprised if it gets outsourced abroad !There is a horrible copy and past bug if you try to copy files between emails, depends on the file because the menu on the top changes if its a specific file the software does whatever it wants. Copy 1 file, or no files at all, copies 2 files leaves one out :( Does not let you copy or select any file.. Biggest pain you don't notice it until you try to past into the new email ! Sometimes have to go back and forth to get it done. I had a smart outlook technical support she nailed the bug and said she will report it.. But nothing happen, possible the developer programmer did not care or was not good enough to fix it !I will try to find a older stand alone version, because I don't feel like paying outlook software monthly for their employees to get away with not fixing things !

Customer support was very abrupt with me via chatbox (since they don't have a phone line despite their exorbitant fee schedule). Lost money due to their app's negligence. I will change this rating if they follow-up on their service investigation promise.

Despite paying for ChatGPT Team (twice the price if you're a single user given that you licenses are sold at a minimum of 2), I am constantly treated to failures. For example, the voice infrastructure constantly fails thereby interfering with conversations. The bias inherent in the models also doesn't help.
