Canva inspires me to design. Irrespective of your design skill level, Canva allows you to be creative without robust skills in design tools. The experience, from login to export, is friendly and smooth, plus the tools are regularly updated to tackle designers' pain points. Canva is beyond a tool, it's a spirit. It allows you to actually do what used to be for pro designers only. Great tool.

Quick books support

I rang Quickbooks because I needed help having recently transferred a client across. Apart from the extremely annoying automatic phone response which is very unhelpful, I made the mistake of saying it could send me information on the problem and then sent me an article that said it could not help me and cut me off. However when I rang again and asked it not to send me this article I got through to a very helpful lady who guided me through my questions and I was very impressed with the service given and the program itself.

Better shops out there.

Robot klantenservice which is useless.Only understand Dutch.No afterpay possibility which is surprising since almost everywhere is.Many times say next day delivery, well its true 50% of the time only.One of the most expensive prices,not cheap at all. Not even when things are with " Hoge Korting "If you receive something broken you will never get your money back.You will get bol cadeau card.like seriously! Nobody else does that...seriously..!?!

If you are trying to get a hold of…

If you are trying to get a hold of someone to help you at HP, forget about it! It took me 30 minutes and 3 different numbers, and then I had to pick a different department than I needed. I am being charged monthly for a repair subscription that I am trying to cancel, which doesn't even show up on my account so I can't cancel it online, yet they have my card and are charging me, not right! Won't use them again. So frustrating.

Do not recommend Cengage. Don't pay for anything unless no choice.

Agree with above comment that Cengage desrves a 0 and not a 1 but 0 not an option. Bad tech support. I had problem with the online oral exercises and the tech people had no idea what section of the book corresponded with the exercises. Never resolved. No f/u on their part. Bad website - get different screens when I log on and can't find what I need. I paid for premium and regret it. Can I get a refund?

Always there to protect

They are always there, working to keep you safe as possible. They often provide updates to coverages to keep them current, and are helpful when you have questions. Their prices are not cheap, but I've never had any issues that should have been caught and stopped.
