This is a company that practises sharp practice. Despite cancellations of subscription they like to reserect their charges and contionue to parasite money from your account until you notice. Then it is a you v them arguement of 'you could have cancelled any time,' even through you did direct to the company. Because they have a deliberatly obstructive and obscure system of cancellations. STAY AWAY!

would love to give 0 stars if i could. Stupid layout to be still alive in 2023. Tricked me into replying mail to a whole mail list again and again. why does the reply button has to include the whole mailing list and why can't outlook play safe? It is very easy for humanbeing to mess up and spread personal infomation.

Terrible subscription service- avoid

You wont recieve your subscription, and when you query it they have a ridiculous system where a different person replies each time so nothing gets done.Three months ago I got an email from NS with a special discount for three months, print and digital. In that time, and after exchanging more than a dozen emails I have not recieved a single issue or been able to access the magazine online. After repeatedly pursuing this over the last month I was told to 'be patient' and that they were waiting to hear from another department. Then the other day I recieved a refund of my subscription fee with no explanation or response to my query. So I'm giving up, they clearly can't be trusted.Whoever is in charge needs to read these many negative reviews which are surely harming the brand.

The RPM Agency with CEO Kara Kenney located in Watertown CT sponsors the Colonial Concours D’Elegance is not very professional. I do not know how many others have been ripped off, but I have been of my $65 registration fee. It was Kara that canceled the event when her agency announced in the internet the cancellation of the September even due to the death of the owner operating the farm property in New Milford CT had died in July. And Kara never announced the cancellation until September. Kara on many occasions in writing and verbally committed to refund in full the $65 paid in March due to her cancelling the event. Promise after promise, excuse after excuse. No refund. She most likely runs the agency the same way. Shame on you Kara for failing to be honest. And her latest promise October 11, she alleged out of town at a funeral in CO and promised in writing to send a money order in the amount of $65 on Monday. Still like all other delays, excuses, promises never kept, and still no refund. If you purchase auto insurance with The RPM Agency in Watertown good luck if you ever expect a refund. Shame on Kara Kenney she should be ashamed of herself, no character.

Misleading Perks, Terrible Customer Service

I applied for the Chase Southwest® Rapid Rewards® Priority Credit Card based on marketing that made it sound like both the primary cardholder and authorized users would receive one free checked bag. After approval, I learned the benefit only applies if the authorized user is on the same reservation—a fact not disclosed upfront in any clear or prominent way. Chase refused to reverse the hard inquiry or refund the $149 fee despite this deceptive presentation. Southwest’s partnership makes this worse—they benefit from misleading advertising and take no accountability. Avoid this card unless you are prepared to get less than what you were promised.

They won't remove posts that contain lies..... unless you pay them...I recently pointed out to them numerous actual lies in a post about my company, they had no interest in actually reading my content but just sent a copy paste response saying that I had to pay to be able to comment/remove the content

Worst choice you could make

Worst choice you could make by going with this provider. The amount of times I get disconnected from a server or my wifi goes down is unbelievable. You try to contact the server and get held up by a robotic voice who can't even understand you phrasing out some numbers. 1/10.

Good Prices, terrible customer service

I found a laptop I wanted at a decent price at newegg. It has been many years since I've dealt with them, and they used to be a good company, so I decided to buy from them. I signed up for their in store credit card, since it got me a good extra discount, that made this deal a definite value. When I went to checkout, it asked for a cvv, which of course isn't provided in your approval and temp account number info (cvv is printed on the back of the card only, and isn't available electronically for very good security reasons). I called customer service. Customer service kept asking inane questions, provided suggestions that did not fit the simple and clearly described problem, and said things that ignored both what I had said, and also ignored information they'd already provided me. They eventually said that I must contact the bank, and in the end were just plain rude. They also simply ignored my request for escalation. I did eventually call the bank (Synchrony Bank is the provider), they confirmed that they don't have access to the CVV, and also said they'd reported this website problem back to newegg on more than one occasion. I sent a total of 3 messages to customer support and website feedback requesting response. That was 2 days ago, and nothing. Yes they have good prices and selection, their search tools and product information is good, and much better than amazon, but if there's any problem, customer service is incompetent, rude, and they ignore feedback. So in my experience, they are not a good company to do business with.

brand new 2021 Lenovo IdeaPad

Bought a brand new 2021 Lenovo IdeaPad 3 15.6" Full HD LED Laptop, Intel Core i5-1035G1 Quad-Core Processor, 8GB RAM, 256GB SSD, HDMI, Webcam, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, Numeric for over $700. At first, it worked okay, but within days, it would not charge. I thought it was the cord. I got a new cord, still did not work. Took it to best buy and paid to get it evaluated. The cords were fine, the laptop was dead. Sent it to Lenovo, and after waiting over 4 weeks, they returned it, let's it outside in the rain. (note, 3 days later than it was supposed to arrive so I had no notice or was not notified). Lucky it was not stolen! And the repair note said they had to replace the motherboard, battery, and power button among all things..a brand new product that was used for only a few days! AND, it still did not work when it arrived! They are refusing to replace or refund. Do NOT waste your money. I am a hard-working teacher and this really affected me. I thought it was going to be an investment, and I am very disappointed and feel scammed. DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM LENOVO. Horrible products with known issues (I wish I knew that their products came with known faulty items) and horrible customer service. Absolutely horrible taking advantage of teachers over the pandemic. I paid this much because I thought it would be an investment in a good product. Nope!

2 week lead time turned into 8 weeks ... first they would not cancel the order

Lenovo took an order for a new server and offered a great price. During the order it stated that the unit would be delivered within two weeks. After the two weeks were over they told us they had no idea when it would ship. Then we got word it would ship in another six weeks.
