Paid extra for EXPRESS shipping, package was sent standard. Spoke with customer service via chat and they were not able to reduce shipping. Don't bother ordering if you need anything express.

What a scam

What a scam. Please read this before you try their shameful free version. I wish I had read the other reviews first! What they don't say anywhere is that only the first 10 answers are free. I just got all of my 45 co-workers to fill out a very simple survey that I sent them via whatsapp using my "free membership". Now SurveyMonkey wants over $30 for me to see the results! It would have been easier if I just handed everyone a piece of paper!

I signed up for the expressed reason to watch the JUSTIFIED series. There are some 60 videos in the series. I am on the 15th EVERY VIDEO STOPS AND STARTS AT LEAST 20 TIMES!!! IT SUCKS I won't be continuing after my trial

Nearly Unwatchable

There are SO MANY commercials, it is worse than the free sites. It takes an hour to watch a half hour show. The 1 hour is dependent upon perfect service which is rare. The most common scenario is immediately after another group of commercials the app "experiences some kind of problem". Now after you get restarted and back to your show, another set of commercials. In these common cases it is more like an hour and a half to watch a half hour show. At .99 a month, some how I still feel overcharged. You would think that you would be payed to watch this crap, oh that's right, they are but they want money from me too. My only guess is that they are trying to drive us back to cable, nice work!

Worst of the 3 Credit Bureaus

While with the other 2 credit bureaus (TransUnion and Equifax) it took two minutes to set up and two minutes to unfreezee, including the option to choose until when to keep the unfreeze on and when it would automatically freeze again - dealing with Experian was complicated, it took a while to figure out how to unfreeze, no automatic re-start so now I dread having to go through the whole process again to refreeze. Also to sign up initially, I could do the other 2 easily online while for Experian I had to call the customer rep. Experian needs to look at the other two and match their system!

Scammers avoid at all costs. Even when you cancel they will continue trying to charge your card. If you leave money in the account they will keep trying and if you complain they will remove premium services and not issue a refund.

So far it's a 1 from me. We signed a contract with AC on the 30th May, I've not been able to access our account because it's bee archived due to non payment according to the support team. We've never been able to access it and it's now 9th June. I suspect this is actually a decent product but the business is really badly organised.

Sage HR is brilliant platform

Sage HR is brilliant platform, we've been using it for around 2/3 years now and all of our employees like the ease of it. We now conduct most HR elements through the system and it works really well. Shelley Dunn from Sage HR called today for a catch up on the system and advised me on some of the functions available that I wasn't aware of. Shelley was really informative and friendly and I wouldn't hesitate to send her over an email or give her a call if I needed help in the future.

Google update broke my phone

I received the latest update for my Google pixel 4a this month (January 2025) only to find it destroyed my battery. Not a word of warning about this from Google. I've no doubt they're still rolling it out. Google admits their failure and is offering free battery replacements for phones that have suffered.Following their advice, I visited the EE shop in Aintree Merseyside who told me my phone must be sent away and would be wiped during the procedure. They said EE in Liverpool One may do it at the store. A complete waste of time and money, I now have to visit EE in Liverpool. I've had no choice than to purchase a new phone and have this appeasement effort by Google done when EE can fit me in.One thing is for certain; I'll not be buying a Google phone again and would advise others to take heed of what may happen in the future with Google products.Could it be that this is a test dummy run to see how many people won't have a clue what's happened here and just put it down to a broken device and purchase a new Google product?Could this be the start of a new trend to actually nobble phones using updates to boost sales? It's a major cockup for sure. How could something like this happen and leave many people without phones? Was it a genuine mistake or planned? Why was this update not tested on all phone models before it was rolled out? I guess we'll never get the truth, but I'll not be chancing this again with Google gear.

PayPal's response to a genuine customer issueomer issue

I ordered goods using PayPal to pay. Within 24 hours, I tried to cancel using the email address on PayPal - no response. Goods eventually arrived (no confirmation of order ever received, no sign of the website). I tried emailing the address on the card that arrived with the goods (no other info info supplied) asking to return - no response. Only once I made a claim through PayPal did the company respond, offering me £9. I said I wanted to return the goods for a full refund, at which point, the company produced a return address of Hong Kong. I elevated the claim, giving all the relevant information, and PayPal's response was to send the goods back. The goods cost £25.19, postage to China is approx. £14. I can't now add any further info to this claim as the only option available is to give PayPal the tracking number for the return.The company's name is Zero-Miracle. The now defunct PayPal community had many listings detailing exactly the same issue and that PayPal did nothing to help.

Poor Customer Service - IHG’s Weakest Link

Around the beginning of February (2 weeks in advance) I booked a room at Crowne Plaza, Manchester Airport on a non-refundable and non-changeable basis, and under normal circumstances this would have been okay as we had every intention of going.Unfortunately, Storm Dennis came and in the interests of safety with the predicted wind, rain and flooded roads, many were advised not to travel unless absolutely necessary, and so we got in touch with the hotel and asked if any consideration would be given to this as it wasn’t a cancellation but down due to the weather and in the interests of safety.We were abruptly told that nothing could be done and there was no consideration for having to drive there in treacherous conditions with wind and rain as well as floods.This hotel is one of the IHG group, of which IHG is known for poor customer service. It is not just my view but many have expressed experiencing stubbornness and cockiness by staff when problems arise even though there are probably no problems when everything is ideal.In the past, other hotel chains in situations where we have had no control over have offered some form of accommodation at reduced rate or let us “move” the booking to another date due to “exceptional circumstances”, but not IHG.As a result of IHG’s demonstration of greed and inferiority in their customer relations (greed is used to compensate for inferiority generally), I have no intention of being treated as if I don’t matter by IHG ever again, and that means that I shall avoid IHG wherever possible and don’t care about my IHG points as they can all go to loss.A chain is only as strong as its weakest link, and therefore no matter how big IHG is, their poor customer service is their weakest link which has a hold over their strengths.
