So we pay approximately $100 a month for Hulu and my husband leaves for work for two weeks. Takes his own Hulu stick with him but then I cannot even watch my recorded shows while he is logged in. They can see I am still at home via IP address. But for those two weeks no TV for me. Hulu is not all it is cracked up to be. The prices keep going up and you don’t really get much from it. Probably time to cut ties with Hulu. Not the greatest service. Called customer support and they just said sorry can’t help you. Even though you have been a customer now for 7 years. Not for the customer only for themselves. Glad we could help support your family.

Bought a 'stock image' of Avatar (from the first movie). It was automatically downloaded as a compressed JPEG file even when I hit the 'high res' option. There was no option to download the supposedly high res 5.8MB file. I contacted customer service and they suggested I used photoshop to 'blow up' the compressed file as a TIFF. Then I told them this was crap, and they gave me some BS about 'protecting the distributor/creator'. What??!! This is a fraudulent company and should be brought to the attention of the OFT etc. I'm going to do exactly that!

Their customer service is absolutely horrible. Plan on spending all day on the phone to perform the most simple and remedial tasks that should take less than 1 minute to perform, but they remove that feature and add a horrible "call to edit" feature, which after 30-45 minutes of waiting for a live person gets you to someone who is unable to help you and then they transfer again to another long hold. Absolutely terrible!

I like the app pretty well but it is very frustrating because many of the meditations are spoken by Tamara Levitt and her voice makes my skin crawl. She is the only voice on the whole app I don’t like and she does a lot of them! They should have other people read her meditations so that we have options. I’m not going to resubscribe because of this issue. I’m sorry this sounds mean, but… that’s my honest review.
