This company promised me a refund after my April concert was canceled. This concert was not delayed it was completely canceled. They promised me a refund by the end of May. When I did not receive a refund by then I contacted them and they said it would be 30 more days. By the end of July I still hadn’t received a refund. I contacted my bank and disputed the charge. They responded to my bank saying that the event happened. Nothing in the world happened in March or April let alone this concert. And even in the images that they sent to the bank the concert tickets said canceled right on them. I can’t believe the dishonesty of this company!!!!

I literally cannot play any of my games anymore since they forced me out of Origin. I paid money for those games and now I literally can’t play them. Waste of my money like that, are you guys planning to reimburse me? This app is actual trash and doesn’t work.

Unnecessary forced migration to the "new" app that doesn't even have the basic functionality of the previous one. My issue is that in EA App there is no way to change the language of Sims 4, while it was an easy and intuitive task in the Origin. No idea why EA wanted to "fix" what wasn't broken, but they managed to create a product that doesn't deliver what the one before did.

SCAM!!!! - Rome accommodation - Adrian DoltuI have been scammed by a person named Adrian Doltu (probably fake too) who is/was hosting a flat in Rome.I booked this flat in Rome via Booking.com which looked legitimate because 1. it's on Booking.com's site and 2. It had different reviews from different guests from different countries.As per booking.com 's policies, the host can ask full prepayment which I complied to. The host has been contacting me via Booking.com's website which looked legit as it wasn't directly via email.After my payment was made, I got an email from Booking.com saying that the property is no longer doing business on Booking.com's site.BEWARE OF THESE SCAMMERS!DO NOT I REPEAT, DO NOT SEND ANY MONIES TO THIS PERSON ADRIAN DOLTU!Booking.com - I have been on HOLD for the last hour and no one not even your chat function is answering any of my messages! You should be responsible for your users and I demand you to refund me the monies I paid to the host!

My wife and I will never be using Otto ever again and will be telling our friends to steer clear as well. I purchased a camera lens roughly a year ago via their new automatic monthly installment option, which was being deducted from my account, monthly, automatically, as one would expect. Unfortunately, I had to fly back to America for family health reasons and I just get back, after three months to find out that they've not been getting "all" their money (even though the payment that "THEY" setup is automatic) and they sent our "UNPAID" balance to the EOS collection agency. It appears, their automatic system is a complete farce and they're just scamming people with hidden costs. If you care about your credit/Schufa, don't purchase with Otto. Absolutely terrible business practices and awful customer support.

Absolutely unprofessional online deliveries. Currently I am waiting for something to arrive with 2 months delay, I have contacted the customer service 3 times after my order was not dispatched again, as it was promised and they are ignoring me. Its a big shame to see a company, that well known worldwide to be so bad in treating and ignoring it`s customers. I Hope at least to get refunded by the end of the year.

But after my recent stay at Hotel Leisure Taichung, I’m deeply disappointed—both by the misleading listing and how Agoda handled the situation.The hotel advertised several amenities that were simply not available when I arrived, including: • Access to coffee and tea • A gym • Washer and dryerWhen I brought this up with the hotel staff, they confirmed that these amenities were not offered. I reported the issue to Agoda, expecting a fair resolution. Instead, I was met with repeated, copy-paste responses and what felt like an automated system that refused to escalate the issue or take accountability. Despite explaining that the misleading listing affected my stay, the maximum Agoda would offer was 15% in AgodaCash—a gesture that doesn’t reflect the actual value lost.What’s worse is that they would not connect me with a supervisor, and each new message just restarted the same frustrating loop.It’s incredibly disappointing to see a company I’ve trusted for years ignore a legitimate issue. If Agoda cannot ensure that hotel listings are accurate—and refuses to take responsibility when they’re not—how can travelers trust what they’re booking?I hope this post helps other travelers be more cautious. And I truly hope Agoda reconsiders how they handle customer complaints—especially from long-time users.

Charged me for what was a free trial through PayPal when I tried to get a refund they didn’t respond and will never be going back to their sh**ty website ever again! Also had to cancel my subscription through PayPal since there was a cost just for cancelling you subscription on their website if I didn’t do it through PayPal I would still be getting charged or having to pay a cancellation fee. Absolutely disgusting!

"Extremely disappointed with Samsung’s terrible service! I purchased a Galaxy Book 4 Pro a few months ago, and after a software update, the battery started charging very slowly. It’s clearly a warranty issue, but the service center refused to repair it because of a minor display glass crack, which has nothing to do with the battery!They forced me to replace the display first (₹37,000) before even checking the battery issue. Then they said the motherboard might need replacement (₹50,000). How is this fair for a laptop under warranty?Samsung is scamming customers by making unnecessary repair demands and denying warranty claims! Never buying Samsung again! If you’re thinking of buying a Samsung laptop, stay away unless you want to be stuck with terrible after-sales service!"

I would like to share my views on the impossibility to unsubscribe the paper. I have tried to contact Customer Service Team and Live Chat but both were unreachable. I understand there is pandemic and this has hit us all but there should be a simple and clear way of cancellation procedure which I could not find either on the website and on my account page. I always had Economist as very valuable among others but the way cancellation procedure works can really ruin their reputation in my eyes.29/04 update. Economist Customer Service Team has contacted me soon after I posted my message here and they apologised for the unclear cancellation procedure. I was assured my cancellation has been accepted and no further payments will be taken. I change my opinion from 1 star to 3 stars as I need to be fair to them. Although such a big and reputable company should have much clearer process.
