I would give a 0 if I could!I purchased a $600 watch for my husband's birthday. When the package arrived today, I thought it felt light. Came in to open the box & find a ring. The invoice in the box matched what was received, however the invoice & the item were not what I purchased. The only thing that was mine was the label on the outside of the box. I called right away & was told they could do nothing because it did not show delivered. All this after I provided my order number, the order number of the order I received, the person's name, etc.Mind you, it clearly showed delivered on USPS, but they told me no. Guaranteed me that a supervisor named Alisha, calling from a 513 area code, would call within an hour. 4 hours later & still nothing, I called back. There were no notes, no nothing. I had to explain it all over again & they wanted to put me on hold to call the guy with the $40 ring to tell him I had it...um no, do that after, let's take care of the $600 missing watch first! She says she is reshipping it & expedited & will call to follow up in a few days--we'll see. I am not hopeful & have a feeling a chargeback will have to happen.I am so heartbroken & nobody seemed to care or think it was a big deal. Never again Macy's, never again.Oh....& for my troubles, they are letting me keep this massive man's ring a 'gift for my troubles'...gee, thanks

For a while a keen LastPass Premium user and advocate, their handling of the latest data breach - and the fact that such sensitive data could be accessed anyway - has meant that I have now terminated my subscription. Now I am finding it impossible to delete my account due to what appear to be technical issues with their websites. There seem to be a lot of great alternatives out there, but I would recommend staying away from LastPass.

About a month ago I changed my password with YAHOO and wrote it down in my telephone book. My computer crashed and I lost all passwords and internet sites stored in my computer. I called YAHOO "Support" and was told I had to send them my drivers license. Did that 2X thru their system which was all I was ALLOWED. It did not work. I could barely understand the lady on the other end of the phone in India. A week now and I've not been able to use my internet for business. I believe a class action suit should be filed.
Review of eBay
Ebay allows scammers to sell different products from what advertised.Bought a new lcd for my laptop, paid 150+ bucks for the 240hz version like the original, received a165hz that i could have sourced locally for 40 bucks. The shipment was late, and the component could be installed and tested a bit later because, you know ,i needed to tear apart my fuc**g laptop to do so. Case closed, not appealable, no possible way to talk to them on the website via the regular channels.Sent them an email. No answer. Basically they are part of the scam now. Stay away.
