Absolutely terrible experience with Brevo. Not only has it been more than 144 hours since I contacted support—despite their promise of a 24-hour response—but my account and campaigns have also been suspended for ‘performance’ reasons. This is completely counterintuitive as all I want to do is reach out to my opted-in customers. I understand not every recipient may interact, but that’s a normal part of email marketing. Instead of helping me improve, Brevo has made the process more frustrating and unproductive. No resolution, no refund, and no accountability—this has been one of the most disappointing experiences I’ve ever had with a platform.

They sold me lifetime screen protection but the second time I went to have the protector replaced, they conveniently didn't have any and told me to call 611 who were both clueless and useless and referred me back to the store! I am now on the phone with another rep saying that this purchase does not exist on my account. I am livid!

Booked a stay through agoda. Right after payment went through the dates of the reservation changed. Informed agoda straight away, but they refused to refund or rebook even though they admitted that it was due to a technical issue on the site. Kept blaming others for being unable to refund. Money right out the window.

Customer service is nonexistent. If you call they just drone on forever about what you can do to fix your problem even though you can't tell them what is wrong. Online chat is just an AI giving you the same drivel as calling but does not address the specific problem I have. Use paypal or some other reliable company that actually has support.

A dying website managed by paranoid admins! I was trying to help. I used ChatGPT to search for answers for some questions posted there. I posted the answers which all began with capitalized "[ANSWER BY CHATGPT]". They immediately suspended my account, and the accusation was "Plagiarism / failure to indicate or attribute work that's not your own (AI generated text)"!My reply to them was that firstly, their action against me was laughable and paranoid; secondly, I can get instant answers from ChatGPT which have been 90% accurate - who needs Stackoverflow?

I ordered enamel pins which got here 10 days early, which was really nice. The pins looked like the listed images and were good condition, however the pin stems were all slightly squint. I also kept getting emails from the website telling me that the seller had contacted me, but they hadn't so that's why I can't give five stars.
