Trying to sign into an old account to play EA games again after many years, and not knowing/and do not have access to emails EA are refusing to unlink my xbox account so I can link it to an account I know the details for, so I guess I won't be ever playing their games again..Manthuiliu and Yogesh from support just ending support chat with no reason and refusing to help further

Dont put nr put name of hotels on bills

When BookingTake money, they put nr insted of name of the hotel, i have impression that i paid 2x to holiday hotel, unfortunately Booking cant answer my requestDont put nr put name of hotels on bills!!!!Booking charged me on 12 march and the owner charged me again when i come, the bill was hire than previosly booked for!!

I would’ve put 0 stars …When opening account representative gave a different amount but when bill came was double amount. Don’t listen to “the special discounts “ it’s a scam . Customer service not helpful.

They debited my credit card in November, and I received a notice from the hotel 2 days ago, that the Agoda credit card was rejected by the bank, so I'm getting hassled to pay the hotel booking again.

Samsung Warranty Repair Sucks!

My Samsung TV is less than 6 months old and already has a corner going black in the screen. I contacted customer support and this is what happened.Samsung has the worst warranty repair policy. I refuse to take a day off work and lose over $200 in wages to sit at home all day waiting for a repairman to come to my house. I don't want a stranger that doesn't even work for Samsung coming into my house. They don't have any repair stations that you can drive to and drop off your unit have it fixed and pick it up at a later time. Absolutely ridiculous. I am throwing away my Samsung TV and buying a different brand.

Called hp support “technical” dept..

Called hp support “technical” dept 6/9/2024. Inquired if i could fax on my $200 printer. The rep stated no. I asked for a supervisor and the rep advised me that they will say the same thing. I told the rep “ you are not in the supervisor’s pay grade so let the supervisor figure this out”. I got a supervisor and a foreigner stated that the rep was right i cant receive faxs on my $200 printer. While still on the line i went to hp website. Typed in my printer name and numbers and boom Hp support online says i can receive faxs via hp digital faxs. I advised “scott” that he was a f**king idiot. He told me to not curse and I advised him that as a supervisor he needed to give customers the right info and not stick up for your ignorant reps who doesn't know anything. Those two where telling me even with a landline i could not receive faxs, on my $200 printer. Word of advice stop hiring all these damn foreigners that don't have a clue on servicing Americans. Recorded conversation uploaded on my social media and i will not use hp print in the future. Lost a good customer.

AMAZING CUSTOMER SERVICE!!

The customer service agent who assisted me via the chat was helpful, clear, and knowledgeable. She helped me understand where I needed to make the changes to connect my domain to my professional website with Simple Practice. Vismaya made it a pleasant and quick experience to resolve my immediate needs. She actually did the leg work in changing the name servers and explained things in a way that was easy to follow and understand. Great Experience overall!

I was getting a charge for a domain that I set for auto renewal. I could not remember the name or email address I used. The rep. was so helpful, looked up everything she could find and even found some other domains I never used set of auto renewal and took care of closing them out. Great service and very quick.

Worst experience ever made a bank…

Worst experience ever made a bank transfer small amount to buy a gift card and they put my funds on hold for over a week!! Still no hold lifted, all from a verified personal bank of mine , bad service keep changing dates, your money is stuck for weeks with these low lives stay away!!!! Now update today the price went down for ltc which now means I'm out of pocket even more all because they have a 7 day hold on bank transfer! Avoid avoid

I bought a jacket and few weeks later the button on the pocket came off and had a zipper problem aswell, i quickly emailed and was told to send back ,they investigated and said faulty so they send me replacements. Very happy with customer service, prompt reply to my email.5stars.

I think this Facebook that exists today has become an organization that wants to replace Interpol. It is impossible to create an account on this application without being asked for all your documents.With indescribable shamelessness, Facebook asks for your identity documents, details about your intimate life, personal information, phone numbers, addresses, and family history. I wonder when the question of what size panties we wear will arise?

I unfortunately have been the unwitting victim of a scam. Somebody posing as a recovery agent from Blockchain contacted me confirming all details of a recent scam I have been the victim of.I was advised I needed to open a Binance account and pay a deposit to receive my missing funds.Of course they were very convincing, sending emails from Blockchain and Binance confirming everything.Even had a 'live chat' with Binance who confirmed the funds were there in waiting for me.Since discovering this is all a scam I have written to Binance, disclosing all the details plus 'chat' to try to recover the funds I had paid into my account for the 'deposit'. Binance are near impossible to contact - there is no email address and they won't provide one.I found a 'customer service' contact through their mobile app.I wrote to them over 2 weeks ago and still nothing!
