Garbage tech support

Garbage tech support, my dell XPS 15 that cost me over 2000$ started acting up and battery won't recharge because of "AC Adapter Unknown" problem, the screen and touch was working perfectly fine. I googled it online said it might be a power adapter problem, bought an original one from Dell for 60$! Still had the same problem so I sent a mail in hardware support order by paying 35$. Few days in they give me a quote for 177$ to replace the lcd screen?!! I call them and ask why do you need to replace the screen it was working fine, they tell me it's dead and it doesn't open. They have no idea what they are doing at all, never buying anything from here ever again.

I want to send a shout-out to Capital One. I have had International, fraudulent charges on my account 2 days in a row, and they have dealt with it fabulously on both days! I was in quite a panic but they had it sorted out in a matter of minutes.Customer Service is not dead at Capital One. I send them my gratitude for their expertise and service. :)

Be prepared to be cheated

Received 3 packages that the tape on the side were opened creating a gap . Two boxes only had large products so nothing fell out, but the third package had two small products that must have fallen out during shipping. They say since they were in the box when they shipped it, they would not refund or replace. They use OnTrac on some packages, after months of begging Ulta not to use them after they forged my name and said they handed me the package( they were leaving packages on the side of the road) I installed video cameras. OnTrac said they left a package “at front door” (which is surrounded by a six foot fence with no gate) impossible to access. I checked video which shows clearly no one entered our property. They claim that OnTrac provided proof of delivery. No picture just stated they left it at front door. The fact that I have video showing they never came down my driveway and sent them pictures showing they could not have access front door isn’t proof but a company I showed them forging my name, and lying about handing me packages when they hadn’t even come down the road I live on saying they left it on the front porch is proof. Again no refund or replacement. I am waiting for a class action to be filed so they are forced to clean up there bad practices.
