Doordash is the worst delivery company, they don't deliver your items to you, and they never refund.they are the worst; I am speaking from two experiences. Learn from my mistake, be careful

We paid for a pro licence for zoom…

We paid for a pro licence for zoom events to host a medical conference. Really struggling with a conference submission. It keeps getting rejecting - waiting more than 5 days now without any help from their “customer service” who just issue a ticket and advise to wait for the appropriate team. I would strongly suggest another company for online conferences/webinars.

Customer service does not feel responsible and hangs up on you

I bought a Gigacube and had it delivered to a store. The store it was delivered to got closed and I could not collect the cube. How am I supposed to collect something if the store gets closed??!?? On the the same day they cancelled the contract.I called the customer service two times within a couple of days. Nobody could help and nobody wanted to help. They say: this is not the right department: then they give you different number, then you call this number and the people on the line say: we are not the right department. Some of them just hang up on you! Terrible! Extremely impolite. I took my two hours to find someone that just confirmed the cancellation and he immediately wanted to sell me a new contract. Vodafone is the worst experience I ever had. Unbelievable. Im so angry and sad. And the people that work in the store and customer hotline could not care less about you. DO NOT BUY!

No internet for months! NO FIX

No internet for months. The router is working fine but it does not show any WIFI to connect to. Have been trying to reach customer support which seems to be nearly impossible. I have been paying for months for no reason.

From 5* to 1*

Used to be a great company to deal with, not anymore.Ordered a headset that was instock on the 24th Feb 2023 with a delivery time stated as 5 - 7 days. A week later with no delivery, I contacted customer service and told the order was packed, just needed to be dispatched. Another week later and told item not in stock. Its not the 19th March 2023 and still have no idea what is going on.

Inferior product, conversion, and management.

Yahoo Mail cannot be trusted to manage items per user request. Items may move to different folder, not move at all, or may not be reported as existing. Also with conversion to their new system, lost two drafts.

From an individual (via Apple) to a family subscription

I had an individual subscription via Apple, but wanted to change it into a Family subscription (which is not supported via Apple. I contacted the support team of 1password and within a short time they helped me with moving to the new subscription. The remaining credits of my Apple subscription were also added to my 1password account. Good service!
