Enchantment of the sea fails to enchant us!! The ship is very old rooms are horrendous. Rust aged and beds sofas looks that they are from 80’s Food was only thing that was nice. The bulbs kept fluttering. I paid nearly £6500 for the whole holiday for 7 days it’s not worth more than £1000It’s sand sort of level of cheap caravan holiday. Infact even caravan was a better experience. The entertainment is boring and not suitable for X or Z gen. paid extortionate price for internet and water package for our personal comfort but they definately not worth it. Service is very slow and poor. Excursions were boring and poorly planned with no proper information and staff infact had bad attitude towards tourists if they made a mistake. Very poor customer service. Please don’t bother with this holiday. You will be disappointed

I have been with HOUZZ for over a decade. I spoke with my Account Representative about 4 weeks ago, agreed to an upcharge and a monthly charge of about $850. My subscription was supposed to renew on a monthly basis yesterday, but due to an accounting error, they tried to bill my company annually, at over $9,500.When I have a concern or try to get a hold of someone, no phone calls or emails are replied to. I have to book a call with the one single person in the entire company who can speak with me. I talked with him today and he informed me that I would have to rebuild everything and that he "would do what we could, to honor the agreement that we had."Instead of correcting this, they cancelled all of my subscriptions, and my marketing is completely down. I am doing my own research to see if the leads are even worth trying to get my stuff back. This is so disappointing. I would love to resolve this, but might just put my money into a direct ROI - Google Adwords, rather than losing sleep over this. Follow up:Another typical non-response below. No, no one has reached out to resolve this, and my history with HOUZZ and my page have still been deleted.

Stay away from Vevor.ca on shopify. They sell poor quality, uncertified safety equipment not legal for use in Canada. When product arrived it was made offshore without CSA certification and bolts didn’t fit into holes, couldn’t even begin to attempt assembly. I cannot use this product. Over a dozen ridiculous emails from them denying the situation and wanting to refund 10-20% of my cost so they don’t have to return it even though their site offers free returns. This company is just trying to wear me down so I will go away. Save your money, don’t get ripped off, deal with a local bricks and mortar shop that has some honour and accountability, unlike Vevor and their Shopify enablers.

Let me add to the chorus and report extremely poor customer service, accentuated by the built in refusal to interact with the customer base.....i.e. no phone number. The whole experience suggests a business on autopilot, with no one at the helm and total contempt for their hapless customers. Caveat Emptor.

I think my days of shopping with Amazon are over.It seems whenever I place an order, the Amazon system tells me delivery will be in about 4-days.Perfect!So I enter my credit card details and enter the order.Moments later I get a confirmation email telling me my order will be delivered in 4-WEEKS!!!This has happened regularly when shopping with Amazon.Why the false advertising? Why should I continue shopping with Amazon when I can order the same items directly from China at half the price?
