Im so angry right now

Im so angry right now. Microsoft family specifily. Its so uncontrollable. Everytime they try to fix something they ruin it. It pisses me off. I cant turn on my mincraft system thing right now due to Microsoft family putting me into a inf loop of not working. I cant change the age on my account the play Minecraft. Even the family organizer cant. Microsoft needs to get their hands off Minecraft because I don't need to be 18 to play it. bye Microsoft. worst company with the most money.

Customer service is a nightmare

Customer service is a nightmare. Just getting someone on the line is a major task. Once to get someone, they don’t seem to have their listening ears on. This all started on the 28th. On the 29th, I talked to Sam and she assured me that a refund would be in my account by the 30th. Wrong! She was going to call me back today at 4pm. Wrong! No call back. Customer service at Macy’s should be called Customer No-service.

Terrible customer service

The worst customer service of any store. You wait on line, no one can help. You cannot get out of the AI system easily and when you do the live people are no help. They have errors in returns and credits. You pay your bill and are then sent a letter indicating that you owe money. Its frustrating and unacceptable.

Bait and switch scam

Bait and switch scam. I ordered an out of print book in new condition from a specific seller (mentioned specifically in one of the reviews below). I received a very good condition book from another seller. The original seller will only refund 50% of the difference.

Aside from their product, what makes companies great are their employees. Mike was patient, made me feel like he genuinely understood my concerns, and patiently worked with me while we resolved them. He is a great asset to the Dashlane team.

Review of dashlane

Overall good experience with some negatives

I haven't had any major issues using Dashlane except when autofill doesn't work properly and you have to open/close the app for it to work again. I also don't like that you have to use fingerprint/code every time you want to open the authenticator.Other than that I think the price is on the higher end so I've decided to switch to a free competitor instead as my premium is running out anyway. I don't really need the VPN, the note saving features and such so for me it's just a cost issue, I'd probably stick if there was a plan with just password saving/unlimited devices.
