This order was suppose to be delivered Wed and today is Sat at 330pm & it's still not here.I ordered from ebay & it was delivered on Wed, and I ordered from Walnart and it was delivered in two days. Now here I set waiting for this lost delivery. It was in Ft Worth 3 days ago. 30 min from my house. It was I Arlington two days ago.... AND ITS STI NOT HERE. I could have went and picked it up if I knew no one cared to get it delivered to me in a timely manner.

I am extremely grateful for Ken who have helped me get my refund as I was in a great panic that it had automatically took my payment for a 3 year subscription which I have forgotten when I bought it 2 years ago.The customer service is great and definitely trying their best to assist their customers. Kudos!

I wanted to watch the MLB playoffs, and searched for a service that would let me do this. First ad that came up was for ESPN+ saying I could watch the game I wanted. I'm also a UFC fan so I figured $6 per month is a good deal. Signed up, watched the first game, not bad. The interface is lacking but I got to see the game. Logged in the second day to watch the second game, it asked for my cable provider info. Obviously, I don't have this or I wouldn't have needed to pay for an app. Was told by support how to view the upcoming schedule: not one more MLB playoff game. Complete bait and switch. The support guy apologized. Not his fault. ESPN on the other hand: I will not be watching their scamming crap network ever again. Keep my $6 for one game. Canceling my subscription. Peace.

It's because I'm a woman...Over a month of calls about my battery needing to be replaced, twice at my job, twice at a restuarant (with my grandchildren), and once at Publix. I even took it to AAA service center and they told me my battery was good. The first time they came out to my job, the dude had to take the cables off to get a reading. I Knew the battery was no good, but they kept telling me it was. What they didn't know was that I use to work on cars AND my mechanic told me my battery needed replacing because he had to jump it twice while he fixed. Dude who came to my job, told me it was my alternator, when you can clearly see that the alternator was NEW. I spent hours of my life sitting and waiting, only for EVERYONE to tell me that my battery was good when in fact, it wasn't. Just as soon as I got it back from getting both cables changed on the battery (cause dude who came to my job stripped the bolt that left the cable loose). This morning, my Unk couldn't start the car, he called AAA, they came out, jumped the car, and told HIM the battery was bad. He then took it to the SAME AAA that I went to the day before (they also told me the battery was good) and they replaced the battery. 1.) Embarrassing2.) Close to 24hr of waisted time3.) Purchased parts I never needed4.) Grandchildren had to sit in a car with no heat5.) My children had to call AAA for assistance for me6.) This ordeal put me into a depressed state of mindIt took a man to tell you, what I already told you in the beginning for you, to change my battery that was still under warranty. I am so thankful and grateful for not breaking down in a location that wasn't safe. but to break down in 2 locations twice took the cake for me. I want to thank the mechanic (sub contractor) that came out to JJ fish to assist me in the cold, I truly appreciate you darlin. This situation put a bad taste in the trust I have for AAA. I never had a problem with you guys and I've been with you for years (off and on). I need yall to do better and listen Linda, listen....

I have been deeply impressed with the quality & honesty of all the TRUE journalists on Epoch Times. It is where I go to 1st for news I KNOW I can trust! I wish I had more time to watch it. I'm pleased Joshua is going on cable TV, & pray all the rest can become 1 large TV "brand" that will replace our lost Fox News that WAS "Fair & Balanced" - but is no more. We need an Epoch Times channel on all TV to be a truthful counter-balance to all the propogandized mainstream media! Praying that happens soon!

Autorenew your plan each year and if you don't cancel within a short window in the last month, you are consigned to another 12 months subscription under threat of unfair cancellation fees if you wish to leave.Went to cancel a plan only 1 day into the new contract and they were threatening 50% annual cancellation fee. This is unfair and wouldn't hold up under Australian Consumer Law.After much back and forth on the support line, insisting 50% fee was due, they finally backed down and cancelled the plan. This has been going on for years with many disgruntled past users mentioning the same problems online.
