From an organizer's perspective:It is very easy to get them to answer your questions before you pay to use Eventbrite as the platform to do registration for your event. HOWEVER, support, after they have you on the hook, is horrible! There is only text help that it is redundant and you cannot get assistance as you organize your event. No life chat nor phone number to call. Hold on to the sales person's email so you can contact them.

Is there a zero star option?

I have worked with this company for about 4 years. I had an annual account priced at $159. On 9/7 they announced that their pricing would change in November. On 9/11 they charged me for another year of service -- same account level I have had for years. Two weeks ago, with no warning, they moved me to their free plan and as a result, we had an event and could not get the invitations out through their service.Be warned. There is zero customer service once you become a customer. I mean literally zero. Not that their service sucks, there is just no one to talk to. They do have an AI bot if that is how you like to get your customer service. I finally did a chargeback on my credit card today because they won't talk to me.It saddens me to think that a company that is run this poorly can continue to make enough money to keep its doors open. Not surprisingly, when you get their salespeople on the phone, you find out exactly what kind of person would allow themselves to work for this company. I am very glad to be done with them.In summary: There are other and much better options out there. Avoid this company at all costs. They have a 1.1 average star review for good reason. It was well earned.

#BoycottEA NOW!!I have been playing EA's FIFA games since FIFA 07 and ever since then their games have become increasingly more and more disliked by their customers every single game those prats at their little California headquarters have brought out have been absolutely shambolic your customers are spending an absolute fortune on games with bugs and or glitches in them that EA could and SHOULD have taken care of but they haven't I used to love fifa but ever since fifa 07 the games?...nah absolute horse crap all their games are! EA do not care about their customers and "there for" their customers have stuck two fingers up at EA and left the community. EA start caring about your work and your customers if you can't do that then shut EA down!!

My item had the option for free return

My item had the option for free return. The item had poor quality so I opened a return case. I was told to pay for return fee and I’ll get a refund for the return fee and a refund for the item. I did this and uploaded all the evidence. Today I received an email with case closed and no refund and no explanation given. My item is still on the way to the seller. I spoke to 6 different agents and my next course of action is lawsuit

Great website!

I have been using IMDB to find reviews about movies and tv shows for a long time now. This website always has up to date information about movies, tv shows, and actors/actresses. I can always rely on the information they have available and never have to worry about it not being trustworthy. It’s even better than Wikipedia because the information is more reliable and not based on other people’s input. If anyone is looking for information about anything in the entertainment business they should check out this website and it will give them the information they need. This website is highly recommended!

It mentions a free version however not until you get 10 responses do you find out you need to pay $99 per month to get the results of anything over 10 responses. Seems to be a bit of a scam way to get people to use their service and then charge a premium for the answers to your survey. Strongly suggest that you do not use it at all, currently talking with them about this and will update with the result.

These people are shady

These people are shady. They hold your credit card on file to charge you when the project is done. I looked at my bank records and it shows they double charged me which they deny. I called my bank and they told me that yes, home advisor did double charge me and that they'll dispute the second charge on my behalf. Twice, home advisor customer service agents hung up on me and then by the 3rd time, the agent was really rude, kept talking in the way and basically called me a liar. My bank said to cancel my card and they'd dispute the double charge. If my bank is saying that, then you know these ppl at home advisor are shady. They're customer service is overseas, who knows who's running this company. Don't get your service don't through these ppl.

This service is badly designed and should be shut down.

I agree with all these reviews, eBay uses it now and I can’t login, the picture challenge is impossible and the text challenge requires you to be a puzzle solving genius, a random string of letters and numbers with confusing instructions: It goes like; Spell HATTCAPHPA replace all H’s with 4, replace any P’S with a $ sign, replace the first T with an asterisk, then replace the third A with a 0, replace the first A with a @ symbol, replace C with P, replace the last P with a dollar sign, then replace the second A with P, then replace the second T with A. Oh and the best part is that you have 30 seconds to solve 3 of these puzzles and if you aren’t a fast thinker, like really quick, you’ll never pass the test.

A co-worker of my wife told us to use Misha's for our alterations needs. I bought a new Nautica Sportscoat, and I needed the sleeves taken up a bit, since they were too long. The fella at the counter snatched off the coat tags by hand and told me to pre-pay for the work. The price was alright, so I paid him and asked when it would be ready. He said to come back on the following Thursday to pick it up. When I picked up my coat, he had it hung on a cheap hanger, and it was covered with plastic. After closer inspection at home, I saw the lining all gathered up in a bunch inside the sleeve, and the length was a little too short. Since the excess material had been cut off the jacket, I didn't bother taking it back to them, for I knew the damage was done. Their work is sloppy and messy too. Most folks have one arm that is longer than the other, but he only pinned it on one arm and cut them both the same length. I'll have to find another tailor to do my work, cause this sportscoat wasn't cheap!
