The ea app is one of the worst pieces of shit i've ever seen. I minimize it so i dont see all the obnoxious pictures shoved in my face and it comes right back up after you quit the game. Do they think this manipulation will make me spend money? It acually makes me purposely not spend anything. Also, is that the best name they could come up with? "well we are EA and its an app, so EA app I guess". Idiots.

AT & T (and I bundled TV and Internet…

AT & T (and I bundled TV and Internet with them for many years), about every two years would have a "promotion" and at the end of the two year promotion, I would have to negotiate with them because they would raise their prices up higher. I was paying $205 a month, and now they want $253 a month or $572 additionally for a year! Used to be a customer could talk and negotiate with a American Supervisor, NOT anymore, now you have to talk to a foreign representative who will NOT reduce your bill and the 2 year set promotions are apparently over with. I am going to another cable and internet provider because AT& T, is toooooo greedy and now tooooooo foreign! So they will LOSE $2460 a year by refusing to lower their bills, even for retired people on fixed incomes. All AT & T is now, is a despicable and greedy Company!

Be Aware of Best Buy Credit Card SCAM It is over 10 years that we have been a customer of Best Buy and always made our payments on time and sometimes even chat customer service if we are behind our payments. On september of 2024, they added 2700 $ on our bill for late payment interest fee. I contacted them and they said that we have not paid a debt that was overdue on September 2022 for the amount of 50 dollars and 500 dollars. I told them why we were not notified or why it is not on the first page of our bill till after 24 months. The customer service was not able to help and connected to the manager and she asked me to scroll down to third page, small print. But they were not able to answer me why my 200 dollars of payment that I made while my minimum payment was 20 dollars, go through that dept, they said that it works toward no due payments too, so I get charged interest even if I make a payment regularly. So we ended up paying 2700 interest.

Left without a bed or help the day of our booking. DO NOT USE AGODA.

We had booked a couple previous hotels with Agoda and had no issues, but our most recent hotel has been an absolute disaster. We received an email less than 24 hours of our check-in time to our hotel that they were unable to provide us the rooms we had booked months in advance. As we are on holiday I was not checking emails regularly - luckily I did the morning of to find they provided us with 2 options - get a refund or have them find a new hotel. As we were already on our way to the city and it was the day of our stay we rewuired accommodation. They came back that there were no other options for accommodation so could only provide us with a refund. I was baffled as we could see their was only 1 other hotel in the area that could accommodate us. After 3 FULL HOURS of discussion (including a phonecall that we were charged for that resulted in nothing and a lie that they would call us back) they still would not book us alternative accommodation, or provide us enough 'Agoda cash' to cover the new rooms we required despite the whole ordea being entirely their fault. They eventually agreed to pay us back in full for our new rooms, but we have yet to get confirmation having sent them the billing receipt. I have never experienced so poor treatment and lack of concern at breach of contact by a company such as this. Will not be using them again as they have shown complete lack of regard for their customers literally the day of thier booking. Please stay away to avoid the stress and lack of organisation.

Keller Williams Realty, Huntsville Alabama. Be careful of illegal activities from ROBERT SIMONS and KELSEY ZWACK PIZZATO.Using the VA loan, I made an offer on 611 O'Fallon Rd NW, Huntsville, AL 35811. The listing states: "NEW Floors, NEW Roof, NEW AMAZING SPA Bathrooms, NEW Paint, NEW Kitchen, NEW Windows! Crisp clean lines and modern design accentuate the bright a large rooms. The two stunning bathroom remodels are complete with new vanities and incredible tile." $1,000 earnest money. Paid $400 for the home inspection. Many issues. Full home inspection report. Especially the foundation and roof. The inspector said the roof is at least 20 years old. Tons of other issues with the house. The VA won't even approve the house because of the roof. The property should have been listed "as is". This is a total scam. Ripping people off. It is false advertising. The listing agent KELSEY ZWACK PIZZATO and ROBERT SIMONS and seller were aware of the roof issues. If this was the case, I would have never made an offer on the house. It's been games back and forth. The seller did not offer to replace the roof. I asked for evidence and proof with receipts of the"NEW roof". The seller did not. They purely lied. That's when they backed out and signed the mutual agreement. That's how you know it was a scam. They were aware of the roof issues. I also have information that KELSEY ZWACK PIZZATO has scammed and ripped off a client before. She was representing a buyer, house was inspected, roof issues, KELSEY ZWACK PIZZATO told the home inspection company NOT to put roof issues in the home inspection report. This is ongoing behavior of being a scam artist. I have contacted the Alabama real estate commission and the better business bureau. Emailed Keller Williams corporate. Now ROBERT SIMONS of the Keller Williams Huntsville office is threatening to sue me because I posted negative reviews online. He is disrespectful to veterans and said "You must have a bad case of PTSD. "

Their customer service is the worst I've ever used. They put you on an endless loop if you use the either the online help or the phone. If there is a typo with your zip (not by me) you can't withdraw your money, and no one will help you resolve the issue. I will never use them again. Well, once I get my money out!

I can not support an app that allows the bullies, the trolls take off on this app. You constantly allow harassment and bullying especially the good people off this app. Your moderating is a joke. This app has become so toxic, it disgusts me. It doesn’t seem to make a difference on how we feel. You don’t even have real customer service and an actual security team to go about accounts properly. You don’t feel like you’re apart of anything anymore. You allow to tear down voices that matter. Especially those for Black Lives Matter, LGBTQIA, Trans Men & Women, ASL Community,The Indigenous Community, The Hispanic Community, The Asian Community, The Disabled And ALLIES that stand for social injustices and all these things listed above. We Supported YOU @TikTok when you wanted to become the platform you have today. If it wasn’t for us you wouldn’t exist. Shame on you for profiting others and trying to push a false narrative of what and who looks great on your app. We have seen the line up one after another sexual predators with millions of followers, that you seem to promote. How do you sleep at night knowing you cause so much harm to a lot of people around the world and make others believe in self doubting their selves because they bought into the fake puppet on the screen. ABSOLUTELY DREADFUL COMPANY!

I've emailed them 4 times asking if it's a person or AI that is moderating my account. On every occasion they will not answer the question! Why are my comments being taken down, words/emoji are completely taking out of context. I see the same words/emoji on other people's comments and you're not taking them down. Why? Now I've received a strike on my account. It's ridiculous. COMPLETELY UNACCEPTABLE!

The worst customer service I have ever experienced, I have an LG 30 phone that the charger has stopped working in less than a year (still under LG warranty) after providing LG with a receipt they refused to honor the repair unless I send back my phone and accessories, the issue is not with the phone, the phone charges and holds charge when i use other chargers, they are not willing to to provide me with a loner I would be without a phone for more than a week ,unacceptable. after reading the reviews and my experience I will never purchase another LG product.

They are getting worse

The site is easy to navigate and their selection of titles is OK but there is no way to address a concern or ask questions about their service. The recent shut down of the comments section proves to me that their business model is "Shut up and pay us!". The problem is that they are the only alternative to the Pirate sites that doesn't charge outrageous amount .
