I am a happy GetResponse customer for over three years now and I witnessed them grow from an email handling service to a full blown Internet Marketing engine with a variety of tools to suit everyone's need.
They take good care of their customers as well as educate them to take their businesses to a next level.
The site is intuitive and user friendly and the tools are easy to use. The rates are more than reasonable and I would recommend it to everyone regardless of how big their business is.

So I wrote a review and my review didn't get approved for "unverified business info". But I had a business email address and its domain was directed to a website. But they still didn't approve my review. I guess I need LinkedIn then. But I don't want to use LinkedIn. And by the way, they offered a 20$ gift card for my review which I didn't receive of course.

EA is just broke. Games always crashing, so many bugs. When you try to complain the website doesn't even work properly so you can't. I've opened a few cases with them and before they could be resolved they just close them down as complete. Too much automation and not personal at all. Lots of money lost of these games. Terrible service, terrible game play. Terrible that EA are happy to take money on - in game purchases but will no way compensate its players when it constantly goes wrong, costing them there hard earned time and money. Save yourself time, mental and physical health don't bother.

Very poor service on product, they are delivering product via Ekart , Ekart is poor logistics team in my place pondicherry. I have informed Flipkart about their behaviour. But they are not taking action. Please do not buy any product in flipkart as its not a original one. And no proper response from them.

Worst services providing not able to manage logistics delivery executive simply writing the same statement given by delivery executive and cancelling the order.Customer has to book and wait for long time then again customer has to rebook the order again.

The amount of time I used where they promise me a free trail for me overpaying for more than a year is crazy. I had conversations for 2 months now wothout any confirmation mails - only through their support channel which doesn't notify you btw. Everything sucks - sorry for the bad words but you really deserve it after such a bad support.

I would give zero stars if it was an option and also wishing I had read reviews on here before ordering. I ordered a jersey for my kid in October as a christmas gift, was charged $20 for shipping. Shipping took several weeks and they sent the wrong size- too small. I have contacted them at least 10 times to exchange/return/refund and everytime get a "we are forwarding your email to the department that can assist you with this" and then CRICKETS. I've tried calling but can't get to a human being, their "chat" option deadends and you can't get a human, and I'm pretty sure emails are also answered by bots. I'm beyond frustrated. I have NEVER spent $100 on a TSHIRT for my child and this was their "big gift." This company is a total scam, only you can't tell because they charge a lot for their inventory and a lot to ship. DO NOT RECOMMEND.

A very poor customer service. The subscription is so hard to cancel either by yourself or by email. For me, it seems like the company intends to increase the hardness of cancel subscription in order to keep people who subscribe their products. This system is very inconvenience for me.
