Brilliant engine, crappy policies. So many restrictions. One of which is only 5 images per thread. So if you need to "talk" with images, only count on 5. Otherwise you'll need to start a new thread, which doesn't benefit from the continuity from the previous thread.

another miss delivery from Amazon to my address this being the third in the last 2 months, I have even added the what 3 words to my address contact and mobile number etc , on this occasion I even watched the tracking updates till it stated delivered and a photo sent as evidence of someone else's door , phoned straight away and explained what had happened and not at my address, was told to report to police as theft, and get a crime number before they can help I said I didn't receive the package at my house and having spoken to the police they advised no theft from me it's a delivery issue, I sent pictures of my front door to prove the package wasn't left at mine, to cut a long story short I called the bank explained the situation and next day got a refund, have closed my account Inc prime and will never use the unacceptable service again, paying prime etc for delivery and treated like a criminal is disgusting stay clear there standards have dropped behond acceptable levels

I regularly shop with Amazon.jp and recently, I've been getting more and more disappointed and annoyed at the horrible packaging of my orders. When I first started shopping with Amazon.jp, items would be wrapped in plastic, attached to a piece of cardboard that was glued to the inside of the cardboard box -- this prevented items from damage during transit. Unfortunately, they don't seem to do this anymore. I have received numerous packages in the past six months that were completely taped up by DHL due to the extensive damage, packages that had no protection inside (causing significant damage to certain items, like books), heavy packages sent in paper envelopes that arrived completely torn in the side... The cardboard boxes they use are very thin and cannot withstand much impact without completely tearing or collapsing.Today, I received a package that was actually not even closed properly! One side of the box was completely opened. It wasn't even torn, it didn't seem like the box was properly constructed together in the first place. The items were wrapped in plastic thankfully, but I was horrified that this box was completely opened upon arrival. I was very lucky that there wasn't much in the box in the first place. If they had packaged it like they have been recently (just leaving items in a box), I surely would have lost MANY items in transit.

New digital Telegraph cryptic crossword a disaster.Even when choosing large text it doesn’t enlarge the clues. The grid numbers are so small they can’t be read and the red cross hatching hard to distinguish. This also jumps around and reverts often to a correct letter which then changes. Why change from the old version which WAS user friendly

My spotify email got hacked so I made a new one, I did not feel like creating a new playlist, I had over 6000 songs on my hacked account and the playlist seemed to be deleted, I did not know what to do. I reverted back to Youtube for a while and then I decided to contact spotify via live chat to see if I could get the playlist transferred to my new account. The lady I talked to was very understanding and was able to find the playlist and transfer them to my new account, I'm so happy with the customer service.
Review of songkick
Songkick is great for tracking artists and discovering their shows. However, once you find the show, I would recommend purchasing the tickets directly through the venue website. Songkick double listed a show for an artist that I very much wanted to see, and ended up routing me to the website where I purchased tickets for the wrong show. Thankfully, the venue was fantastic and allowed me to switch tickets so that I was able to see the desired show. But the anxiety and confusion that Songkick caused has ensured I will never buy tickets through them again. Informational, yes. Accurate? Nope.
Review of lyft
Ride was scheduled a few days ahead and driver dropped it within 10 min of pickup time. Not only did he drop the ride but the reservation was completely removed from the system. No record of my reservervation. What is worse than having to find my own ride to the airport at the last minute, is that customer support did not address the problem even when they understood what happened. No response. I will never use Lyft again and was spending a couple hundred dollars a month.

Exchange policy not as stated on line. Online it says I can exchange at any time but when I went to exchange they said I was past the 30 days and wouldn’t do it. Service instore was appalling and their customer services was phon call was also ridiculous. Clearly just reading a script don’t tell me I can exchange at any time after my purchase then decline my exchange and make me look and feel like an idiot in the shop. Something must have happened as Abercrombie used to be a lovely shop with great service. Seems like I’m not the only one feels this way

The 'voluntary donation' that they take is so well hidden that it is hardily visible. In 2022 they made £24m of profit and paid £31m in dividends to their shareholders. Most of this money should be going to the charitable causes and they 100% need to be far more visible and transparent about the 'voluntary donation' charges.
