Review of vagaro
The ability to do Livestream is still not working. The business owner reports that Varago has been in touch with the owner but after much effort has not been able to fix the problem. The owner has in the past worked with Zoom through Vagaro but Vagaro will not do this now. I suggest, if they cannot get their own system working they set their system so the owner once again has an option to use Zoom through Vagaro for Livestream. I know other business owners with Vagaro are able to do this. I give Vagaro credit for trying to fix the problem.

This one of the worst around. DO NOT USE. Promises of free this and free that are just a come on. Free downloads are not free unless you sign up for something and then, no matter what subject or craft you are interested in, you cannot get any decent content. We have tried them several times. NEVER AGAIN.

I love the system but sometimes there is a glitch with it.The data sometimes doesn't change after tickets are resolved or closed. For instance when I have resolved tickets on "Hold" they stay at the same number but going to it the tickets are not there. I deleted my cookies and cache to see if there was a change but it didn't. I even logged out of the site. But there are no other issues. Overall I like everything else about it.

The support you receive at BigCommerce is horrible. The representatives are very polite but can't answer the most basic questions to troubleshoot a problem. This means it takes a loooooong time to go back and forth with their advanced support as they only do it via email. And advanced support asks you the most basic questions about your problem as if they have no understanding of what is going on. I'm migrating my backend to shopify.

Ashley furniture in Queen Creek.I already knew about the bad reviews with deliveries but I really liked this dining room set. All would be delivered except 2 chairs. We knew that.Two kitchen chairs did not fit on the truck..(?.) My 6th sense screamed “Walk away”.Delivery was scheduled for 2-4. I confirmed.recording then it said now I cannot change the delivery. Later got a text saying they could not deliver the two chairs on the 4th but will be here on the 5th. Later on the 4th they said there was 3 del ahead of us so will be here soon. No show. Waited all day on the 5th. No show. I called them and was told they show no del was scheduled. I called to complain and spoke to Alejandro who was very nice and got a case started for me and escalation (we have company coming and need the chairs) so I should receive a call in 48hours. I asked him if I could pick them up. He is not in that dept so had no access to that info. I gave them one star for Alejandro and one star for my beautiful dining room table. No star for the delivery dept.

Shocking launcher. My files keep breaking, there's an automatic repair files scan that is happening every other week, and if it's not a repair files scan then it tells me the launcher needs to go through an update every time i open it. I get disconnected from my game every day at the same time with the same error code too, and every now and then all of my addons will be removed from the game because for some reason it can't find the addon file in the game file anymore

Very bad service there is no delivery that is made on the corresponding day, they never have access despite having all the data in my choice and several customer service representatives update my data. In short, I hate that they send me packages with them, they never comply

All customer service interactions are atrocious including the barriers put up to stop you from cancelling a subscription. 1h phone queues after which you are aggressively sold extensions for 15min before you are finally `allowed to` cancel. Well done The Times you have turned me from a 25 year customer into an active detractor.

Terrible service can’t get a statement. Told the wrong information 3 times when contacted. Took 3.5 weeks for money to clear when I put money on for a 2 week holiday. A complete joke. I’ll never use them again as long as I live.

Enhancements made this product less intuitive and more difficult to use. I have worked with it for a couple of months now and still find it more difficult to use than the previous version. Two features that I used regularly are not available in the present version - 1) visual timer on APP and (2) recurring expenses. Setting the time on a task is counter-intuitive and seems to be visual perk that has no value. I have many other gripes but I'm staying with it in hopes that later versions will improve the product.

Well hate the changes to Duolingo. Cannot fathom why they have change the format.I pay a full year family program and cannot seem to get any gems gone from earning loads to 5 points ago cannot reading book use to get 30 diamonds now get five. I am slipping down the table. Hate the matching as never enough time then it asks me to pay more. So when my year is up I will not be renewing my contract.
