Ordered with a promised delivery time of 8:54-9:04. Then order received several delays with last update showing 9:40 delivery for an order that was placed at 8:45. The dasher waited for long time and if they had received the order at the time of the last update, it would have been 10pm before delivery. Our friends had to leave so we cancelled the order. Now Doordash is refusing to refund the costs. Seriously sad service since it was their vendor that dropped the ball. Never again Doordash, never again

Seriously DONT DO THE SAME MISTAKE IVE DONE.. SAVE YOURSELFS THE NERVES AND THE MONEY! YOURE WELCOME.I have been a customer for many years and I have to advice you.. choose a freaking Dial up connection from hell but don't make a contract with Vodafone.. they just want to rip you off. And when you actually need something you have to wait forever then get tossed around from worker to worker (who are rude enough to just hang up on you if they got bored) and then in the middle of the conversation where you are presenting your problem.. they try to rip you off by offering you other services as a marketing strategy. You are also never compensatet for anything that is their fault but they always want money.

Ordered lawnmower, told delivery would be on the 29th April, now it is going to be on the 3rd of May, if I had known this I would not have bothered, also the delivery company does not have q good reputation at all, won't bother with Amazon again, complete shower.

I purchased a Chromebook from Lenovo and found out it wasn't compatible with my printer. In fact it's not compatible with many printers. But because I didn't discover this until the initial 30 days after purchase was over, they would not work with me on a return or even an exchange for a more expensive Lenovo. It took me that long because I had tried everything to make the printing work.I called their customer service number multiple times, was disconnected several of those times, given the runaround, kept in hold for literal hours and even told they would work with me and then told to do several things like get quote numbers and case numbers, requiring more phone calls and then just completely ignored by the "representative"who was supposed to process my exchange b it's been several weeks and nothing has happened. Half the people I talked to didn't know what I was talking about. I constantly had to explain the problem every time and no one would just get the job done. I'm never buying a Lenovo again.

I've been using this service to create presentations for my English classes and I got to say, this is an amazing service, the value you get from it is amazing plus the new AI option, makes your workflow run smoothly. I wouldn't change it for anything. The AI is still not completely there yet, but for intended purposes, it is more than enough.

This company decided to do a bank check on my account all of a sudden at Xmas time and have had £200 of my money for 3 weeks now. I have spent about 11 -12 hrs trying to get it sorted and they have messed me round left, right and centre. They still have my money. They have hung up and stopped speaking on calls and keep lying to me. Even had an email yesterday saying it will be available at the end of the day. It is not. I'm now having to go to all the relevant Trading and Financial Regulators to see how I can get my money back. I won't be using these ever again.

Stay away from Ulta! Do not buy anything online from this company. Poor customer service and lies lies lies. I have ulta like less than 10mins from my house.I ordered some products and it says I would get my products the next day so I order online since I won’t need them until the weekend so I won’t bother going to the store. On the day it was supposed to be delivered, no status that says it’s been shipped. I checked to try and cancel so I can pick up from the store, then it says shipped, day 3 nothing it still showing that shipper has not taken the packet to the shipping company. Day 4 still says packet has not been taken to the shipping company. I called customer service to cancel, they were of no help at all. I am beyond upset because it’s now weekend and still don’t know when my products would get to me. I am upset, they might as well keep the products

I have to buy everything online. Every time I buy something Google then bombards with me with adverts of the item I have just bought and continues to do so for ages despite me telling them I have seen it. AI does not seem to know how infuriating it is.
