You create an account, and they block it. You file an appeal, and they reply with some nonsense about their decision, even though the question was why the account was blocked. The service is complete garbage, and I get the feeling the players are just dumb bots. Hard to believe real people are playing. I thought if haven`t subscription your account can close anytime wuthout explanation. Pathetic Сrap.

McAfee refuses to cancel any account even though their website states the steps to do it. Taken from the McAfee policy from their chat "• If you want to uninstall McAfee software from your PC after you cancel your subscription, see TS101331 - How to remove McAfee products from a PC that runs Windows.If you would like your email and account details removed from McAfee completely, contact Customer Serviceand make this request. You can't delete your account yourself using My Account." You can uninstall all the McAfee products, but if you ever had their products install on old devices and removed them from your account, even if there are 15+ years old, McAfee will tell you they are still a part of your account. If you have auto renewal or even if you turn in off, make sure to do screenshots of you account because McAfee will claim that you have auto renewal and draft your account over 30 days before they account is due. Oh, yeah they don't send out auto renewal reminder emails or any emails concerning active accounts; because are to business harassing customer to pay the fee for accounts they closed. You will be charged the max amount they can. You will have to call and chat with them multiple times to get your account closed and they still want to do it. They will argue with you about they not being able to do anything about the account you requested to close. They tell you not to file complaints on the federal and state government levels. Bascially, McAfee is playing the numbers game, where it seems like they have alot of customers, but looking deeper into those accounts you will find that alot of customers have uninstalled McAfee and tried to closed their accounts. You don't have to take my advice on not doing business with McAfee, but if you do, protect yourself. Over 4 hours with chat customer service to get an email changed. Customer Service is so incompetent they didn't understand that my email address was to changed on everything in the McAfee system.

I've been a regular paying customer for more or less 10 years, and the first time I really needed their customer support, what I received was a poor response after more than a month of waiting for some kind of communication. My account was suspended with no previous communication and they accused me of violation of their terms, which I reviewed after my account suspension and I couldn't quite grasp on what was the actual reason. It's worth saying that I tried to reach them dozen times, through the different communication channels, (even through my wife's active account), but I guess they just decided to let me go...If you need a cloud service, I seriously recommend you looking into other companies.

When we got here I contacted customer support straightaway to report there was no towels, no sheets anywhere or pillows we are here with 4 kids The place is disgusting and would not let a rat live here and VRBO just promise to help and do nothing in spite of sending photos etc, it’s a case of we have the money we are not bothered so I’m here with my wife who has mental health issues and 4 Grandchildren ages of 1, 4, 10 and 11 and an arrogant agent on the phone after being put on hold again and again for 1 hour and 45 minutes said your case is closed it’s only minor issues I said what all the food left in the pans etc I also sent photos as evidence also the bathrooms are disgusting I also sent photos of them including the toilet brush full of s##t the roof terrace door we have to keep closed so the smaller children can’t access the terrace because there is an hole at the end and the kids can get straight on the roof but VRBO are not bothered because the collect their fees wether or not your children fall off the roof I had to threaten to squat in the villa before they sent the pool cleaner so I will never use VRBO again
