Bought tickets to see Loose ends / Cool notes in April 2020. It was postponed until April 2021and again until April 2022. I have asked for a refund as i was not willing to wait another year. I got a message telling me it will take a week for the organisers to respond, but a month later i am still waiting.I just checked again today, it still says refund pending. This was the first time i used Eventbrite and the last. THIEVING C++TS. pardon my language.

My old email was lost and my password “needed to be changed” now there is absolutely no way to connect to my account. Asked customer support and it took them a week to tell me they couldn’t do anything which is absolute BS. Now 400+ dollars in-game currency is just lost. Thanks EA for an awful gaming experience.

Bought EA game pass. didn't work> Tried again and was ripped off again. The run around system provides no answers. There is no customer service email or phone number. They rob people daily and are immune to prosecution for theft. EA is the worst company I know of. Absolute garbage,

Two months ago I started asking Jimdo to support me while I was changing my website address and email address - a common request. Throughout this long drawn out process where it takes them a week to reply to emails I've been misinformed or offered inadequate advice. The most frustrating aspect of this is being told that something should work when it doesn't. Repeatedly. Week after week. I had one break from this hell after 6 weeks when someone called Camille called me and solved a problem and corrected misinformation in a single short phone call. But then another problem arose with my new email address not working and someone called Davide who repeatedly tells me that Rackspace says it works and that he 'feels my pain' - what a thing to say when you're responsible for prolonging the pain by not providing solutions. 2 months of dealing with this man and when I ask to speak with someone else he ignores the request.How is it that as a paying customer I'm always wrong? When I'm told it is working when it's not? Do these people think that we have nothing better to do that fill their inbox with support requests? Sadly I have the long email threads that back up this sorry tale.I've been with this company 15 years. I can't believe I pay for this service - now into the thousands of pounds. Unbelieveably awful. What was a good company is no more. How about some proper support? I'm only trying to make a new email address work!

Couldn't understand a word the lady said rude as hell blew me off solved the problem myself. Support is absolutely useless. Very very rude nothing but problems with UFC PPVs since ESPN took over sell it to someone who can actually do a better job. At least hire support who speaks clear and plain English and are friendly. One more experience like this and I am done and I have bought every UFC PPV the last 8 years.

AAA is BS. I got this offer in the mail 4 days ago. Wanted to give AAA a try but neither the QR code nor the website work. Called and got transferred to 3 different people. The first two knew nothing of this offer. The third one knew of the offer but couldn’t help me because it’s an online only offer. I was going to try the online thing again and ask for a phone number in case I still had additional problems and he hung up on me before giving me the phone number. This is terrible customer service and very disappointing offer. How does a company this large not have information on the offers being sent out under their name. I tried again just a few minutes ago and none of the online links work that tells me this website cannot be found or does not exist. You can see the offer and all the information in the activation codes as well as the fact that it has not expired as on the temporary membership card says they expire May 23, 2025. Never going to consider AAA ever again. It feels like this is just a scam to get you to call for help and then they can charge you the full price for a membership because this is “online only“

It's the worst program I've ever had the displeasure of using. It's now required by schools to use this garbage software, I don't want to give this software any more money. It's not helpful, crashes constantly and never gives a valid explanation for any wrong answers.

So done with this company. I've ordered a few times in the last year, and just about every single order has an issue. Books literally falling apart, one with a human bite taken out of it, books than never arrive, etc. There is no phone number, no way to rate sellers, and the response time is slow. Currently dealing with an order the seller says they have no record of (despite taking my money and marking the order as shipped). No response to a refund request, no way to get through, and looking like I'm going to have to go through my bank. Won't be ordering again.
