For years now I try to pass the verification process. They reject me every single time but they have the nerve to send me reminders: don't forget your verification etc. i have never failed a verification ever, it is only Binance. There is no customer service nobody gives me an explanation. I am really fed up with them. If they don't want my business/trade, then I keep using Coinbase.

It seems it’s ok for half naked/naked women to post their naked body’s, men dressed up as women sending the wrong messages to our children are ok?! This app either promotes sexuality, sexual conduct and Devil worship, but if I post or make a positive comment about Jesus then that gets removed! If TikTok had a face, I would walk straight up to it and punch their lights out, very communist as well!!

Would give ZERO stars if I could! Nearly 4 weeks and still waiting for a refund back to my gift card! Customer services are absolutely useless! Gave me some rubbish how the refund system for gift cards is more complex than a normal refund... Absolute thiefs!!!!

UPDATE-Recently I was billed as a Keap subscriber after several (failed) attempts to cancel my subscription. I managed to reach out to Keap staff who responded to my complaints, have spoken with a team member and just received notice of cancellation.I explained that communication and the ability for monthly subscribers to cancel/ speak with tech support easily needs to be greatly improved and I would be happy to offer them further feedback on how to deliver a 10/10 customer experience (as this is something I strive for in my own business).They mentioned that improving comms with account holders is being discussed at the moment, so watch this space.

I cannot believe what Google is doing to me. It is simply PLAYING with the patience of loyal users like myself. I was having a chat in Vertex AI Multimodal (with gemini-1.5-pro-001Model, the top-tier quality with up to 2M context window), working on a task on a SUNDAY, and I was automatically logged out of my Google account. Because I didn’t save the conversation, I lost everything I had worked on today. Once again, it feels like they are pushing me to abandon this AI.Moreover, ethics and transparency are entirely questioned by me due to misleading responses. In other chats, there are delays, and the response I receive is that Google’s Vertex AI has been working on a problem in my prompt for days, even though I initiated the chat less than 24 hours ago. How could it have been working on it for days? This is just ridiculous.I feel like I’m back in the era of FLOPPY DISKS, having to save every 3 minutes to avoid losing my work. And this is with Google, the pioneer of eliminating the need for a save button with their cloud innovations. This is a CRITICAL and UNACCEPTABLE flaw, especially since I didn’t even receive a warning that I was about to be logged out and needed to save my work.I have all of Google‘s products - Workspace, YouTube, One, and I was considering Cloud. Everything I use is on the Google platform. But now I’m about to abandon it. I have been very tolerant with previous versions of Google’s AI. This one seemed the most promising, but it is the most disappointing because I am losing days of productivity due to a critical flaw that I have already reported to Google support, yet I have not received any response.What is even more perplexing is that this issue has been ongoing for five weeks, and it seems impossible that no other users have reported it. How can a company of this stature not have fixed something that seems so simple? This is a terrible experience. It leaves anyone extremely frustrated.I worked through the nights! I am working on a Sunday to be more efficient with fewer resource constraints from Google. I am using the 2M Model, which should handle large volumes of data, and I can’t even save what I have been working on for almost 20/30 hours (wasted) living on crumbs of paragraphs or pages.Very DISAPPOINTED!

Unless you archive 100% of the inactive records, you’ll still be charged for them.They have deliberately made the entire process unnecessarily complicated, clearly aiming to mislead users and make it difficult to avoid unjustified charges.An almost unacceptable company — even their invoices are unclear and poorly structured.Update to MailChimp: you are always aim to be transparent but you stop on try, as none of your saying wake in place and you still overcharged and using tactics that are not proper.

The main reason for my 1-star review is that they have *literally* ZERO customer support. You can't send an email, they have no phone number and their live chat doesn't actually exist.They recently pushed an update that is horribly buggy and disturbed a lot of my presets and workflow. Been trying to reach them for weeks now for help (I was forced to email the sales teams) with no luck.I will be exploring alternatives for all my e-commerce businesses.
