Review of bitwarden
I have used Bitwarden for the past three years after switching from LastPass. I like the ongoing improvements including integration for OTP and most recently passkeys. I think the Bitwarden send is an under appreciated feature that I use weekly. Customer support is responsive and knowledgable. Only concern is the browser plug-in for Safari encounters issues but they are eventually addressed . This is only really an issue for Mac users but it can be annoying.

Review of termsfeed
I used TermsFeed "Terms of Service" template and had exactly what I wanted in about 8 minutes. I hit a bug on their website and left them feedback and support's response was within 30 minutes and *very* helpful. Highly recommend this service - will likely be using their other products as a result of this experience.

The customer service was off the hook! I was having some technical difficulties on the site, so I called and Kimberly was able to help navigate me through the system so that I wasn’t double charged for my monthly trial. She also helped me upload the images I needed for a project deadline. She spent so much time with me on the phone and was very patient. I loved being able to speak to a real life person, rather than entering my questions into a chat box. Highly recommend!

Back taxes from 2022I got a notice in the mail stating I owed taxes from 2022 that is owed. I called to find out what I owe and how to pay it. I get no answer by a live person. It's annoying especially when paying your taxes is vital. Then to add insult to injury you have to make appointment to pay your taxes and see someone at the federal building to pay in person. What type of bull is this? It took me no time to pay my state taxes, and it has a website easy to navigate. With the Trillion dollars of taxes the U.S citizens pay you can do way better than this. It's not like you don't have the money you just don't want to pay.

I loved getting a email that my DNA test were completed. I had to go through 2 tests, the first failed and Ancestry were good to send me a second one at no cost to me. I think that is being thoughtful of their customers. I enjoy Ancestry, and building my family tree. It’s exciting .

I believe it's important for the integrity of the market that all reviews are treated fairly, as they provide valuable insights for other buyers. When a product or code doesn't meet expectations, it's crucial that honest feedback is available so that others can make informed decisions, avoiding unnecessary time and financial loss. However, I've noticed a concerning trend where my reviews are removed when they are less than five stars, seemingly at the request of the seller. This has happened multiple times, and I find it difficult to understand why this is occurring. Honest reviews, whether positive or negative, are essential for maintaining trust and transparency in the marketplace.

I do not like the update AT ALL! I have been using it for almost a year and I could skip to topics that most related to me and freshen up on what I needed to. I loved the stories and now I don't understand how I am progressing and I LOST ALL MY GEMS OVER 3,000! NOT HAPPY AT ALL.

From a technical point it is so slow it's unusable, but my main gripe is the standard of journalism because it's horrific! Most of the online articles seem to be written by eight year olds who don't have a clue about the context of the articles, they're poorly edited with large sections just repeating themselves.

My main problem with the Daily mail, apart from the lies is that they actively monitor and choose which comments to approve and show. They are as biased with that as they are with the news. So not impartial its actually not funny anymore. To biased.
