False Advertising

False AdvertisingOn 03/07/25 a plugin bundle from IK Multimedia was listed for sale for $29.99.I made the purchase and received an email receipt telling me to expect my software and license delivery within 3 hours.Today is 03/09/25, since my purchase I have on 3 occasions spoken to Guitar Center via the website and was told that my order is active and that it should be getting delivered shortly. Finally after the run around I decided to call the number today for a person on the line to tell me that Guitar Center made mistake and mis-priced the item @ $29.99 even though this bundle was listed at $29.99 on two other websites: MusiciansFriend.com and ProducersSpot.com.I chose to purchase from GuitarCenter because I believed in their brand over that of the other two websites. Never again will I purchase anything from GuitarCenter. SweetWater.com infinitely has better customer service and inventory and Amazon.com has the best shipping and return policies in retail.GuitarCenter will join Radio Shack, Circuit City and every other company in electronics that were once massive decades ago but no longer offer any value to their consumers.

12 times have the same issue been filed…

12 times have the same issue been filed to Brevo during the latest few years and until now, they have not shown any skills to solve it. Problem is, that contacts get stuck in automations, and will not receive any automated mails from that actual time and afterwards.The last few times the error is filed, Brevo promise "To solve this next week", which they later change "To solve this in the future", which apparently is very far away.No recommendation from me.

I have been increasingly more disillusioned by the BBC’s agenda of virtue signalling their “inclusivity” to the point where it seems that if you’re not of an ethnic or sexual minority you’re of little interest to them as they’re busy leading us on the path to - their version of - righteousness. In recent months they have sunk even lower. The channel whose News I used to trust most is now the channel I trust least. They have flown the flag on the agenda of terrifying the public with as many Covid scare stories as they can muster. No evenly balanced, fair discussion just continuous scaremongering and vaccine pushing. Well, I presume this is still going on, as I deleted their News app and switched to GB News two weeks ago. And yet I have to continue to pay my BBC licence in order to be allowed to watch live-streamed tv???

So, Every Time We've Had Either a Phone Break or Stupidly Went in 2 Upgrade, We've Been Charged Ridiculous Fees & BS$. Bill Had Been $150's For 2 Phones, ONLY. Same "Plan" Same Unlimited. Cancelled Extras Like A Watch That Didn't Connect When U R Forced 2 Change Phones/Samsung. Cancelled Ins. Since It Never Covers Anything Unless u Want 2 Be Without a Phone 4 Weeks, Kept Next. So, Got Down 2 $106+, Only Stayed Maybe a Month. Went Up 2 $121+ Didn't "Bother" 2 Go on Phone 4 Hours 2 Ask Y. Knew What Would Happen, So, Husband's Phone Breaks, Goes in, Says We Have Next. NO, Only Your Wifes Phone # Does, Even Though It's His# 1st. Ok, Gets Cheap Phone, Already Had "Installments" ON So-Called FREE Upgrade. That's How They TRY 2 Keep U. Bill Goes Nuts. From $121 to 234.43. No Explanation. Next Mo, My Phone Only 20 Mo's OLD, Breaks, As Many Have, Common Issue, So Much So, Samsung Had 2 Extend Warranty. ATT Rep Says, Well U Can Go Thru Samsung, be W/Out Phone 4 Couple Weeks, Or I Can Figure Something Out. I Say, As Long As it Doesn't Change My Bill, UR Company Is Already Trying That. OK, Get Older Phone that Husbands Months b4 U know, 2 Help. Twenty Mo Old Phone Under Warranty. Next "Bill" Auto Payments As Always Have, But Now, ATT Wants In2 Your Bank Account or U lose Discount. I Say, No Way, They Screw W/Us Already, Not Getting In2 My Bank Account. Keep Paying by C/Card. Next Month, $223.48, Then, This Month, $285.94 From $121, Remember that. Stayed on Phone Almost 3 Hours, 2 Countries, 1 US 2 END UP, Well We Took Off $66 & Your Next Bill W/Be $160+ Taxes, I Say Really? UR Company Just Charged Us Over $743.00 For 3 Months Where It Should've Been $121 Maybe + TWO Activation Charges & Maybe $44 2 U know Pay Off Husbands Couple "Installments" For That FREE Phone Was Left...But Hey, From $121 to $170? After Being Charged $743.85 Cents in 3 Months? Be sure and DO NOT auto renew. I think I responded to a brief trial. One year later, I was surprised by a $241 renewal charge to my account. I did not open or access the service at all. I sought a refund. The company won't respond to even discuss this. PayPal denied my claim. This leaves a bad taste in my mouth.

Amazon has became a cesspit for con artists - from sellers advertising items that don't resemble the product to sellers providing false tracking numbers to keep the money and force you to go through absolute hell to get a refund or sellers blatantly breaching Data Protection by sharing your buyer's address with third parties . It's absolutely astonishing. As is the sheer arrogance you are faced with once you contact the sellers because they know Amazon will do absolutely NOTHING about it. Entering week four attempting to get refunds for items that were never dispatched or items that don't reflect the product advertised. Process, photos, approaches... of no avail. I shall close my account with Amazon once or if, O ever get some of my money back. Absolute disgrace And to think Amazon have access to my private information and bank details. Just awful, unlawful and worthy of investigation by British Regulators!

Hour after hour went by, and I called again; they said they would be there shortly, never came, then sent a text saying they would be 8n there, but nothing. They showed up at 830 PM That is treatment you receive after be a member for more then 25 years and that is what you get to be a loyal member They don't deserve star

STAAY AWAAAY

If you are using venmo to make a payment (other than people you know, I mean people you personally know), stay away from 'venmo'. If a seller asks to use venmo, understand it 's a scam. So, RUN AWAY! Customer service is mostly auto generated! Sometimes there is an agent involved, and if you reply to your response, you get cut and paste reply. You call the 1(855) number, you can't reach a live person and CS is via email and email, each time you get a canned message. Better stay AWAY from venmo. I do not know how much more I could emphasize on this, simply STAAY AWAAAY!

Avoid scammers

I saw at tripadvisor site one good tour for Dubai and I booked via 3rd part Viator.Agency in Dubai never showed up for tour,when I called them after waiting for more than 40 min,they said tour is cancelled.I was shocked,because nobody send any mail or sms,nothing.When I wanted to submit review Tripadvisor reject it.I m reviewing many years ago at Tripadvisor,but offcourse this is 1 star review and that s why they didn t want to publish.It s a shame how they protect lyiers and unproffesionals.So don t trust when you read reviews on Tripadvisor any more,I wouldn t.Beacause thry don t want true review.

AVOID THESE SCAMMERS

My mom was recently scammed by a Lyft driver. She booked a driver who failed to show up. She then gets a notification saying the ride was completed which shows the driver drove her from her pick up location around the block. She then gets charged $560!! Lyft responds back with the same generic “These charges are non negotiable non refundable” message. It is impossible to get in contact with a human to try and resolve the issue. Lyft has left us in a nightmare.

I simply love Wordpress ! At first I was a little intimidated while trying to figure things out on my own, but once I watched a few Youtube videos and played with it..... I never looked back. Although I still have alot to learn with all the plug-ins that are available, I feel comfortable with my decision to stick with Wordpress.

11-1 through 11-17 stayed at Key Largo…

11-1 through 11-17 stayed at Key Largo Kampground at site 66. Excellent staff. Nice cottage with tiki and dock right off the back door. The owner was helpful in every way. Near the end of our stay there was a weather event that brought almost 20 inches of rain. Betty returned 300 dollars to me and did not have to. How nice. Pool is big and well taken care of. The fishing was also good. Got some giant Dorado. We would definitely come back.

WILL NEVER BUY LG AGAIN!!!

WILL NEVER BUY LG AGAIN!!!! Bought a LG dryer, the plastic piece (corner) of the lint catcher broke off, ripped several of my clothes. I got a new one from the store I bought it from. That one broke off. Got another one, now it was not fitting in the lint catcher holder properly, kept lifting up catching clothes, ripping more clothes. I then realize the lint catcher hold also broke a piece off causing sharp corners that would catch clothes and as they spin ripping them. I called LG directly regarding this issue. After an hour on the phone she tells me she is going to cover the issue under warranty bc my warranty was expired but the tech cannot come for over a week. I call the company directly to see if they would come earlier, and they tell me they do not service my area. I call back speak with another agent who kept putting me on hold to find a company in my area. He tells me he will call me back in 1 hr. 2 days go by no call. I call again, she now assures me she put a claim in for damaged clothing & I will recieve an email and promises to find a repair company in my area & will call me back. NO CALL BACK AGAIN!! 3 WEEKS go by I call again. They tell me they are still trying to find someone. I find someone in my area, the people who sold me the dryer, but they need a consession form sent by Lg to warranty it. I call for the form they tell me someone will review and sent in about 2-3 days and then the company will call me to schedule an appointment. And the claim for damage clothes in still in the DAMAGE LIABILITY DEPARTMENT. I still have not heard from that department either. At this point I have to tape the dryer to dry my clothes without ripping more clothes. THIS COMPANY IS A DISGRACE!! THEY SHOULD BE TAKEN OUT OF STORES NEVER TO BE SOLD AGAIN!!!!!!

Deposited money into Kraken account and both transactions are on hold.Contacted Support and they said wait. Contacted Support and they said support ticket has been created and somebody will email. Nothing.Contacted Support and they said no ticket has been created and to provide transaction receipts.4 days laterContacted support and they said "Specialist" will be joining the chat with me. Waiting 1 hour. Nothing.What a joke of a company.
