I ordered some slippers from this company, and the shipping was free, and when they didn't fit, the return shipping was free too. Very nice! Unfortunately, after they received the return it took three weeks and several inquiries from me before they actually refunded my money.

Giving credit where credit is due. Been a customer for a few years now. At the start it was a love hate relationship. I screamed at the app just as much as I loved it.Now it's all about the love. Really appreciate the new updates guys. It's quick, easy to use, reliable and looks smooth.

Their support services are terrible! I can't log in to my account, so I had to verify my identity THREE times, and it still could not verify it even though I used a valid ID. To contact them, you have to sign in, which I can't do because that is my entire issue. They have no way of helping someone if you can't log in to your account. I tried to find myself on LinkedIn by searching for my name, but nothing came up! But when I tried to create a new account using the same email, it said there was already an account using that email (even though I don't appear as a profile)! I am so confused and frustrated. The platform itself is good, but their support is terrible.
