Amazon weekend service is absolutely rubbish… yet again another issue. Ordered a product that needs a one time passcode so had to wait in. At 13:24 I get a message saying a failed delivery attempt. But I’ve got a screen shot at 13:27 saying the delivery is 5 stops away. They can’t get the driver straight back but suggest waiting till the end of the day. Cancelled the order as I would prefer to go elsewhere now. Quick enough to take your money but now I have to wait 3-5 days for a refund. Go elsewhere if you expect good serp

My most recent experience with flipkart is pathetic. I ordered a fridge on the 14th April 2021 and the delivery date of the order showed as 15th April 2021. As the goods did not get delivered on 15th, we called the customer service , the response we got 'the seller has already shipped the goods, however the logistic company have problem and it would be delivered by 17th'. Ever since flipkart's has been dilly-dallying and giving lame excuses about further shift in the delivery date.Today 19th April, on 2 occasions on the same day I was called and was told that my delivery has been delayed and each time it moved back by a day. I expressed my frustration and asked the agent I would like to speak to someone senior; the agent apologized and convinced me that he has put an escalation in the order history and it should be delivered sooner than the said date. Upon receiving a repeat call about further delay, I was furious and insisted I want to speak to a senior manager. I must say, the customer service agents are trained well not to expose their senior managers come what may. After expressing my frustration I was asked to call the toll free number to get to speak to the senior manager.Long story short, the toll free number took me through IVR and connected me to another customer service agent. When I asked him to put me on to a senior manager as I needed firm answers, the agent put me on hold and came back saying he was connecting me to a senior manager. When I asked him the designation he was another cust. service executive, upon insisting he said he was connecting me to senior manager; I had a gentlemen whose name I am holding back, came on the call and when I asked him his designation he disrespectfully disconnected the call. I waited for more than an hour expecting a call back, and since he hasn't, I am venting my frustration. If at all there is some one at flipkart who takes customer grievance seriously I would like them to look into order no od121520163014441000 and go through the recordings of 19th April 2021. My contact details can be found in the order historyOne of the agent also offered me a voucher of INR 500, I guess he would be hoping that I will give up asking for senior manager.

Started covering unauthorized charges with hidden overdraft

Initially fantastic the first couple years I was one of the first to get their debit card. Never had any problems always treated like it was a prepaid debit card - there should be no way this card can overdraft Then last summer I start getting messages they are pulling money off my other accounts to fund it (without my initiating it) and every transaction I made always had exactly enough on the card to use (weary of so many online companies - overcharging - duplicate charging etc). - then out of the blue my account has been frozen to pay them back? I was so confused - could not figure out what the heck was going on. Discovered somewhere last summer they decided they could cover overdraft charges and then charge you back, I was furious - called them up and told them to look at my account history - and since they decided to "provide me a feature like a checking card (not debit) I now had 2 or 3 charges on my card I did not initiate or authorize (like I said I've been buying online for over 20 years to the tune of thousands of dollars every month - so when you use online purchases that heavy - you tend to run in to the above mentioned problems. The worst part is there no way to determine the "charge they covered in account history as it does not appear for some reason and the amount the subtract are random it would take a CPA to make sense of it - so I had to say goodbye to venmo.

Customer service ....if you manage to get through on the web chat after waiting 2 hours because you are number 36 in the que...is pathetic . I ordered a PS5 controller in November kept checking the tracking after 19 days it said parcel lost contact customer service , well the phone number dosnt work after putting in your order number it says to add the £ key? Really on a phone key paid, dosnt give you an option to hold for an advisor just cuts you off. 2 hours waiting for a web chat and they try saying item was delivered, I pointed out tracking said it wasn't even sent and was lost before dispatch...they escalate the case, will hear in 48 hrs.....that came and went, tried webchat again, same answer, its escalated will hear in 48 hrs, its a busy time. Tried again 4 days later...same story, this time it will be 48hrs, they marked it as urgent....same urgent the other 2 market it at. I asked for a direct email, phone number, call back etc...told them about the phone line asking for £ key ....no response to that question.....they can't even send a replacement or refund....escalations must do an investigation etc etc. DO NOT BUY DIRECT , infact dont buy anything playstation , it's a money grabbing multi billion pound company that doesn't care about the customers only the customers £

I tried to cancel my membership after…

I tried to cancel my membership after they renewed it without my consent. Once I realised this they are insisting I have to stay til the end of the year, there is zero customer service, their resolutions teams’ approach is to tell me to pay up or they will cancel my cards but the payment will soon be due. What a horrid, nasty organisation.

Supplier that I recommend

I was nervous about this first order on Alibaba, but the supplier went along with it. Everything went very smoothly, the supplier was attentive and proactive, even at weekends. Commitments were kept, delivery was made quickly and there were no surprises on arrival.
