Never buy from AbeBooks! Never! They dont support the buyer at all, and lets the seller rip people off. If you get a bad book , you have to pay return postage that is never returned, also they keep the taxes you paid? Who does that. Abe never returns emails and no phone # for customer service. Once you buy that book you should just kiss your money good by. 50% of the time you never get the book period and the other 50% it arrives very late and in much worse condition then the seller says. And you are all on your own.

I bought an Asus Zenfone 9 for $800 and it stopped working after only a few months. I went through months of repetitive customer service only to find that their warranty policy is all lies. They have no intention of replacing their faulty products because they know it's faulty. They have probably paid more than the replacement cost of the phone in customer support wages, but they don't seem to care. They are content to leave you with a crappy product and take the bad reviews. Beware.

I am a diamond club member having taken 11 cruises, my last back in 2004, they were a great company then with emphasis on customer experience. I have just booked my 12th cruise with them in over 18 years and what a change! Everything now has a charge, there is now a huge emphasis in leveraging as much money out of the customer as possible. Huge prices for WiFi, drinks etc. This will unfortunately be my last booking with Royal Caribbean, as a Diamond member there are no real benefits to entice you to book. This is a company on decline...

Purchased a washing machine approx 18m ahi for £480 5yr p&l 10 yrs drive.Emailed phoned cust services , only ever emailed back to say a rep would be in contact. Never happened.5 emails plus phone calls then told my warranty was void.Asked for management to contact me but nothing. First contact was three weeks ago.We will never purchase another LG product as feel have been treated like dirt.Am currently writing a letter to their head office expressing all of my issues/concerns.Will keep you updated.

They claim that they have a dedicated department, but they seem to be either passive in responding or taking actions to spam and scam web pages or ignoring reports...Though, even when accessing from overseas, the website itself loaded quickly. Though it was a scam webpage.
