GoDaddy Delivers REAL Customer Service

GoDaddy's big value-add is REAL customer service. Nobody does that anymore. Agents are mostly willing to go the extra mile to get practical answers and deliver real solutions. That's massively valuable in customer service these days, as the artform of prioritizing a customer's needs and knowing how to effectively communicate through challenges is mostly disappearing thanks to AI and chatbots.

I will not be purchasing tickets from Eventbrite again. They do not help with refunds. I purchase 2 tickets through eventbrite from a organisation called Latfro Entertainment who are just as bad and rude when it comes to customer service. The event was rescheduled and I couldn't make the new date. I submitted a refund request and had no look in receiving my money back from either Latfro Entertainment or Eventbrite. After weeks of chasing this up with both companies and getting passed between the both I opened up a case against them through Paypal, which was rejected because it was showing that they had issued a refund but I still never received a penny to this day, so for that I will not use them again.

I particularly liked the user interface, clear and intuitive. The online help is extremely well documented. Importing contact files is easy. Campaign results are clear and immediately understandable.

Amazing to use but 1 problem

I like Animoto It's amazing for my videos but I've been having a problem with the audio uploading. Because when I restart the page and the video asks me to put in the information when I already put in the information and have saved it. Can someone tell me what's going on and how I can fix it? But other than that Animoto is AMAZING!!!

I purchased the new Samsung S95 4K Smart TV with AI. The service was excellent from Amelia in the store. The demonstration of the model which I purchased was amazing. Delivery was yesterday, Friday, 2nd August and TV was set up and operating after 10 minutes. The quality of the picture and sound is amazing. Congratulations Samsung.

HP Envy x360

My dad bought me a hp envy x360 in 2022 for Christmas but it's terrible and not worth the money. he paid ~1.3k and since than everything has broke. The screen broke so we had to get the whole thing replaced. Then the speakers broke twice, the touchpad broke and now the keyboard has broke too. BIG waste of money.

Never buy from AbeBooks

Never buy from AbeBooks! Never! They dont support the buyer at all, and lets the seller rip people off. If you get a bad book , you have to pay return postage that is never returned, also they keep the taxes you paid? Who does that. Abe never returns emails and no phone # for customer service. Once you buy that book you should just kiss your money good by. 50% of the time you never get the book period and the other 50% it arrives very late and in much worse condition then the seller says. And you are all on your own.
