I have a proof of screenshots of my comments where I don’t say anything out of line and present pure facts. Tik tok cannot be trusted.

Wayfair large parcel delivery is terrible! Ordered a sectional and it sat in a local warehouse with zero follow-up from Wayfair, or as I now renamed Wayloss. Sectional road around on a delivery truck all day on December 22 (promised delivery date from Wayloss) and returned to warehouse. Called Wayloss delivery service department and when I questioned why it was not delivered or could not be delivered the next day, the delivery person said, "because it will be delivered on December 27." Great...and I will have family over on Christmas and they can sit on their Christmas packages! For large furniture/parcel purchases = shop another site! NOT WAYFAIR/WAYLOSS!!!

For years I have stayed at Holiday Inns and Candlewood as well as others in your chain. I was going to book Holiday Inn on my next trip until I saw an advertisement of IHG Hotels where 2 guys are in the bedroom in night clothes tipping drink to each other. After that I would not stay at any hotel in your chain if that is the type people that you are catering to. No family or normal person would accept that.

I never need much because everything just works like it should, all the years I have been with them the service has been consistently reliable. When I do have to reach out it's really only because I need to increase the default upload sizes and they're so quick and responsive that I am set to go within minutes.

I work as a U.S. government contractor and the agency I'm affiliated with uses Teams. I'd provide feedback through that route but that mechanism internal to the app has been disabled by the organization, so I will rant here.First, the good.Overall, the client works well. Chats are smooth and easy to organize in the view. Making and joining calls is pretty effortless and consistent barring network or other glitches. Webcam and audio are generally reliable and clear with only the rare robot voice. Reactions can be handy and fun in meetings, as can the GIFs (which seem to generally be curated to be work safe, which is a big plus). Now, the annoying, in decreasing order of priority.I am constantly mildly infuriated by the fact that Teams overrides my explicit selection for STATUS. If I select Available, I am that until I choose otherwise! There's a bit of a nuance to this in that this particular issue seems to recur once in a while, then go away. I've been a software developer, and there's a phenomenon where old bugs can, through carelessness or ineptitude, resurface when old code gets merged into new. Thus, I might go months without this niggling issue, then suddenly after a nightly or weekend update, it resurfaces to annoy me yet again.Next, automatically MUTING my microphone. No, do NOT do this, Teams! I have a headset with a physical, discrete mute button I can toggle at will. If I'm overlooking a setting to quash this particular annoyance, I'm all ears, but so far as I know this is an annoying default which seems to correlate with how many people are in the meeting I'm about to join. Past that threshold I don't need you to be my chaperone and muzzle me as I walk into meetings, thank you very much. That's about it. For its various annoyances, Teams does serve well for enterprise-level comms.

Started in a new position and Freshdesk had already been implemented. I was pleased to find out that there was a lot of powerful functionality behind the polished user interface. Support has been great whenever I can't figure out how to do something specific. I think there is even more potential once we start integrating via the API.

Absolutely disgusting approach, I'm trying to contact them to cancel my subscription as I haven't used their services for months, however they have restricted the account login because you can only log in through a Google account that no longer exists. All I get in response are robotic messages that lead nowhere and I'm stumped. Ended up having to block their payment via credit card. Advice to others, don't work with companies that don't care about their users at all!

If I could give a zero rating I honestly would. Things happen I understand that with technology. So when we had an issue with our Oculus I reached out to Customer support. The absolute worst experience. Sent it in only to receive it back still broken and not able to use they are terrible to try and get help from.
