Bought a pair of Terrex trainers online, sizing was not quite right. I returned them and decided to visit their outlet store, staff were more than helpful and I purchased a half size larger. Absolutely perfect, fit really well and they do what they say, completely waterproof. Later I bought a pair of Gore-tex trainers, perfect in every way. As good now as the day I bought them, no quibbles here!

My experience comes from ordering in Greece, everything went so smoothly, the order was ready to be collected in a couple of days from their outlet store, which was spotlessly clean and organised, with an extremely good variety tempting you to buy more. Staff were very polite and efficient as well. The complete opposite to Nike...which has been a pure disgrace on my numerous attempts to buy from Nike.com. My kids are converted to Adidas fans from now on then! More than happy

I live in Melbourne & ordered for a James Aston Martin DB5 for my husband's birthday on 19/04/2019 on 15/04/2019 early morning and when I finished the order, it said standard shipping takes 1-4 business days for the order to be delivered to major cities. Since the order status was not updated to "Shipped" I chatted with the customer service 17/04/2019 - Customer service Representative 1: Chenat 8.00 am & he said it takes 1-2 business days to process the order, I said today is 3rd business day and he said he will upgrade my shipping to "Express" so that I will receive the parcel in 1-2 days latest on 18/04/2019. 17/04/2019 - Customer service Representative 2: KimberlyAnother customer service representative said that the shipment will be dispatched by mid day from Sydney via toll and that I will receive a confirmation from toll upon dispatch. 17/04/2019 - Customer service Representative 3: LewisI chased on 17/04/2019 evening @ 5 PM saying that I have not received any confirmation, Lewis said that the product was "Temporarily out of stock" when you ordered. I was shocked & taken aback. I asked why the other CSRs did not let me know? he says sorry and said he will check the order status & let me know and the call got disconnected & never bothered to call back.17/04/2019 - Customer service Representative 4: KatrinaAfter starting and explaining all from scratch, this girl Katrina has sent a confirmation email that the product has been upgraded to "express shipping" on 17/04/2019 morning and will be received by 18/04/2018. 18/04/2019 - Customer service Representative 5:The customer service representative says the order is under review & hasn't been processed yet & I will not receive the order before the planned birthday. 19/04/2019 is a public holiday in Australia and the CSR says they will deliver it on 19/04/2019. I asked if I can talk with the manager to organise for a speedy delivery because I couldn't find any other store closer to me that sells this & the stock is unavailable anywhere. So finally team lego has not stuck to their terms advertised on website, has given wrong information from day 1, has not considered that the customer who has paid money has the right to know about the product delivery, has not even respected customer's emotions & disappointments.Thank you lego team for screwing up my family's emotions and stressing me beyond tolerance. I have spent almost 4-5 hrs trying to get an update. Now I don't have anything to gift my husband on his birthday. Thanks very much for treating me like a dog making me call back & forth. I could have spent this $210 for a better gift. Lost the love & admiration for Lego

The biggest thing is the dumbass return policy if this company. I purchased a $400 product that, on the website is able to be returned in 30 days, but this stupid company only allows 15 days. I honestly thought this company would have changed for the better in their return policies.

Went to Kroger store #86 in Indianapolis and not only have I heard the mngr ( Patrick ) being rude to other customers but this morning he was rude to me a 25yr customer. He leads by example and if he can't get his anger & attitude in check maybe retail isn't for him !! His district mngr really needs to put him in check before good customers like us start going a few blocks down to ether Meijer or Walmart !!!!

Luckily I only tried to invest £20 first!!!! Got stuck at the first hurdle. It became an absolute mission just trying to transfer my own money to my own account lol!!!!! I had to go through ridiculous amount of security checks and after getting absolutely nowhere I asked for a refund…. The refund hasn’t happened after days of emails.i was looking to invest £10,000 in crypto and i am soooooo happy I did a £20 trial run…. Do not use these guys their customer service team, especially jaryl, are complete rubbish…. Should have come to the review section first!!!! Use etoro or coinbase for your crypto guys, as crypto.com lot won’t be able to give you what your looking for.
