I recommend Go Daddy all the time. I started a new business with Go Daddy and their execution daily, communications, payment process and most importantly support system is outstanding each time I interact with Go Daddy. Shelly was my support person today, no rush, with great guidance on a problem we solved together.

While browsing audiobooks on Amazon I was given the option to have an audible premium membership for 3 months at 99p per month and accepted. I expected to be taken to a page where I would confirm my payment details but was instead taken to a page confirming that my subscription had now started. At first I thought there must have been some sort of error as I hadn't put in my payment details yet. I then managed to find out that they had charged an old card of mine that I was paying off and didn't want any new transactions on! They did this without my permission and I was never given the option to choose a payment method or see additional details before deciding if I wanted to purchase the trial offer, as soon as I clicked the offer shown on the audiobook I was looking at, it charged a random card of mine without permission! I called Amazon to complain and they said that I would have to speak to audible as it was a different company (even though I clicked the offer on and was charged by Amazon), Audible said they don't know why it happened and that it must have been Amazon's fault as that's where I clicked the offer. Both companies just blame the other and refuse to take any responsibility.

Adidas is the worst online seller. Ordered 2 pairs of shoes on nov 28. Finally got my package on December 6: one pair of shoes and oneReebok (yes, Reebok) pair of shorts. Called customer service. They said that I needed to return the shorts in order for them to complete the exchange. Yes when they make a mistake at the warehouse, you are treated like this is an exchange you initiate ! I sent the shorts back immediately, they received it on December 9th. Since then, they are waiting to « inspect « them and have not sent the shoes. Worst customer care ever. Will not have the shoes for Christmas. Order was nearly one month ago. They have my money, I don’t have the products....

Definitely one of the worst form interfaces on the market. Consistently annoying to use. Whenever I go to fill out a form and see they use this, I usually just don't fill it out, and it lowers my expectations of the company, which they're probably too cheap to get a real form interface. They even make their legal info unnecessarily harder to see by using the form on their legal pages for some reason. Of course I managed to look through their maze of a legal directory, there's red flags and other stuff in the legal agreement that's would put off a lot of people. On top of that, they have bad business practices, so I don't see what their appeal is. I assume it's since their target demographic are morons.

Final update:The laptop arrived within 6-days from order. First, I would like to rate the laptop which meets my expectations at 5-stars!!! It's everything they say and more. Set-up was easy and straightforward.HP sales and order fulfillment needs work however. I never received a spec delineating all the features I wanted...nor did I ever receive a tracking number for the shipment. Two easy steps that HP should address.Overall...I give HP 3 stars out of 5.In time should service be needed, I'll report back with feedback.-------------------------------------------------------Update:Not changing my score, just reporting progress.It's been a few days since I placed my order and just received an email from HP that my computer is now shipping.On the positive side, this communication finally confirmed the scope of my order including warranty details.On the negative side...no tracking details were provided.I reached out to HP Customer support who told me it may take up to 48-hours for tracking info to be made available.So why advise the item is shipping when in fact it isn't?HP needs to review their order fulfillment system.------------------------------------------------------------So far...not so great.I need a new laptop. My old Dell is getting buggy, with a few sticky keys and dodgy performance. I can probably fix the keys, and tune up the laptop, but after 4-years of use, I figure it's time for a new machine.The HP Canada website is a dogs-breakfast. It seems to only want to show you what HP hopes you'll buy. If you have something else in mind, you've got to do some digging.Plus the listed price appears to be a work of fiction. A quick chat with the online assistant will quickly score you a decent discount.Sadly, HP has no way to send you the specs of your purchase? With so many variables, how can I be sure what I'm paying for?Then there's the warranty confusion. The website says 1-year, but the rep tells me 3-years. (BE SURE TO SAVE ALL YOUR CHATS)If you decide to place an order, HP will send you an email invoice with little to no details. Just the model and SKU #.HP says 2-4 days to process and ship, but online tracking tells me it will be 12-days before I see my new laptop.Conclusion: HP makes some of the best laptops, but their sales is so third-world! For the price, they need to do better.

I got health insurance from here, and twice these people have canceled my policy just so they can resign me up to make money. It is messing with my ability to get my meds and treatments. This isn’t a game! This is life and death for me and these damn people are in my account, changing stuff without my authorization. Protect Health are crooks…Michelle Finley is a crook. She canceled my policy without my authorization and another person in this company did it the month before. This is totally illegal! They won’t let you talk to a supervisor or call back. The lady Dawn Adam’s that signed me back up the first time, said this company is known for that…and here I am another month without insurance…because canceled it. This is BS! Now I am about to report them and Michelle Finley…I have her NPN…they done messed with the wrong one!

Cancelled our subscription after c20 years because became infuriated with the inability to manage any of the subscriptions without agreeing to auto-renewal t&cs. Initially just intended to reduce our subscription to magazine only, after serial troubles with the app - denying we had an account, etc. But the lack of any effective communication channels - on-line chat became unresponsive as soon as I made it clear we were looking to downgrade / cancel; telephone queue unacceptable. It is some of the best journalism in the world with a really poor customer service interface. Sadly, we will not becreading it anymore
