The staff, environment, and drinks were great! I got a souvenir drink to take home and they give you a sealed one to take with you. Unfortunately it was damaged and there is no way to contact them about it at all. I wrote to guest services and got an automated response saying they would get back to me within 10 days, but nothing. I sent another and the same thing. Once I was finally able to talk to a person they transferred me around for 2 hours just to tell me that they aren't going to do anything about it. They said I should have gone online and called the number on the website (which I checked on the phone with them and confirmed with them that it was not posted anywhere). At this point it is just past 30 days and they will not help me any more. Just disappointed.

Worst service I’ve ever had to experience in my 56 years on this planet. It took almost ten minutes to load into this website and write a review in my own home. I constantly have issues loading things and doing things on my phone whether im in my own home or the middle of no where the service is relatively the same. Thanks AT&T for ruining 2 years of my life👍.

Amazon co uk either is trolling us or just sure of its hegemony so just not giving a damn. Their customer service is plainly ridiculously bad. It's clear from their system that returns are discouraged via a loop system that takes you back to where you started without results. If u manage to find the button for finding a rep you end up in a surreal dialogue with successive people (robots?) who say the same pasted lines (sorry for the inconvenience, etc). If you manage to deal with that and you convinced them that a product you received is in fact faulty you are 99,9% likely to receive the upload photo for the wrong item. Might be incompetence, glitch or trolling. but ridiculour in any case.

Do not sign up for a free trial! They will not let you cancel. Keeps telling me " You'll be able to manage this plan shortly" when i go to cancel! For two weeks ive been unable to cancel my renewal. This is a big scam and i dont know how they are getting away with it!!! Do not recommend.

Bought a Lego set before Xmas, they didn’t have the item in their stock. I asked for my money back, they haven’t refunded it for 2 month, but then sent me the Lego set instead. I complaint about it and sent it back. DPd confirm that it is delivered to lego warehouses 11 days ago but Lego customer service said, they don’t know if they received it yet ... Tesare said I need to be Patient and wait another 4-6 weeks to get my refund. It already been 2 month and I supposed to wait another month basically to get my money back. I have called them 4 times and spent at least 3 hours on phone. I really hope they will get sued one day for this service... NEVER BUY ANYTHING FROM LEGO! Trouble customer service ... Trouble ...

I just wanted to write a review of great customer service that I received while in your Glenwood avenue store in Raleigh NC. I usually don’t go to that particular location, but I was on that side of town so I decided to stop. I was in search of a dishwasher, washing machine and a dryer. I needed some help deciding and I was approached by a very kind and helpful salesman name Purcell Anderson. He told me about all the promotions/sales, he explained to me about all the questions I had about the different appliances. He even printed me out a copy of all my items and explained the prices. Even though I didn’t purchase anything that day. I took the list home to look over again and I did place an order online of all the items that Percell and I discussed. I just wanted to give him a shout out for helping me decide and being very patient with me. Thanks Bestbuy I absolutely love your store❤️❤️

I bought an HP printer online at Best Buy in June 2024 and I have been unable to register it to enroll in the 6 month instant ink trial program online. I called Best Buy and HP and they say they can't do anything. I feel scammed and deceived. I need that HP and Best Buy comply with the promotion that the box and the printer says.

i've had mostly good experiences with this app. some things don't get to you. i've personally received someone's package who lived in CA while i live in MI. i contacted customer support, who told me to contact the person to let them know? which was a really weird thing to suggest.

If you install a game if its faulty or not they will not refund it. There is no quality control on this storefront. Green Hell was the game I purchased but it does not run properly on the PS4. Frame drops, and control issues. My refund was denied by the Agent and their manager.
