Bought the Sonicare toothbrush had a few problems with it not working ended up going back to the store to exchange a few times now it’s not working at all and they are basically telling me nothing they can. Spend £150 on something that keeps on braking! I am fuming and disgusted with customer service. I have asked for the complaints email address and they can’t even provide you with this information!

Review of aliexpress
I ordered twice and both times I had issues. Regarding the last order, seller advertised a set of two tablet cases, both shown in the pictures, but sent only one. After contacting him, he said it was not a set, even if there was a picture of a second case in the goods' page and text (translated by Aliexpress) clearly stated the specs of the second case (i. e. Having a foldable lid, while the case I received doesn't even have a lid!). After opening a claim, Aliexpress told me there was insufficient evidence he shipped just one, even if I had previously sent picture of the half opened package showing there was only 1 item inside it. In addition to that, in the messages the seller sent to me by chat he says he intentionally shipped just one. I think i'm entitled to say Aliexpress' customer protection is ineffective, at least. I'll never buy from this market again. Aliexpress tries to persuade you buying from them is safe, but you can see the results of their efforts here.EDIT: SHOWING PICTURES OF ITEMS THAT AREN'T INCLUDED WITH THE SELL IS A FRAUD ATTEMPT, SPECIFICALLY WHEN DESCRITION OF THE PRODUCTS IS AMBIGUOUS AND POORLY TRANSLATED. DESCRIPTION OF PRODUCTS ON ALIEXPRESS IS POORLY MACHINE TRANSLATED, SO ALIEXPRESS CAN ALWAYS JUSTIFY SELLERS' FRAUD ATTEMPTS JUST SAYING "WELL, CHINESE DESCRIPTION WAS CORRECT AND YOU CAN'T READ CHINESE, SO IT'S YOUR FAULT" AS IF PROVIDING POOR TRANSLATIONS WAS NOBODY'S FAULT....NOW, IS THERE ANYWHERE IN THE PRODUCT PAGE THE TEXT "ONLY ONE COVER IS INCLUDED, THE PICTURE OF THE SECOND COVER IS JUST FOR SHOW"? IF THERE IS NOT, SELLER IS OBVIOUSLY TRYING TO INDUCE WRONG EXPECTATIONS AND ALIEXPRESS ENCOURAGES HIM IN DOING SO.
Review of agoda
Agoda, doesn't offer any service either on the host or the guest side. It s just a shady money making structure where no matter what, they need to profit at the expense of the guest or the accommodation. In fact, good luck if anything goes wrong.

If I could put zero stars I would. They either don't answer or if you get lucky enough to have someone pick up it's some foreigner that has no idea how to do anything so this is what they do everytime- they will ask you your name and email and what your problem is and then say OK I'm going to connect you now and then they just hang up on you. I don't ever take the time to write reviews like this but what a joke their customer service is. Non existent. Just Indian people that pick up just to hang up on you like it's funny. Boycott their app I honestly hope they get sued.

Review of mayoclinic
We contacted Mayo Clinic with hope and trust, looking for a possible treatment for my father, who suffers from a complex coronary condition considered "inoperable" in Italy. From the very beginning, we made it clear that - living in Europe - we would only be able to travel to the U.S. if a surgical or interventional possibility could be confirmed after reviewing the medical records. We were told that a review would be carried out and were even asked to provide additional testing, including a new angiography - which we did entirely upon Mayo Clinic’s request. We submitted everything: translated reports, DICOM files, clinical summaries, and filled out every form carefully. After months of effort, back-and-forth emails, and respectful communication, we were finally told that no possible treatment direction can be discussed unless we come in person, which completely contradicts what we had been told at the outset. To make matters worse, we were informed that the person who had been following our case from the beginning no longer works there, and that we should now simply "decide" whether to come - without any indication or reassurance, despite having provided everything required. This approach may work for local patients who live a few hours away. But for a fragile international patient, expected to travel across the ocean without a single preliminary indication, it is not only impractical ...it is deeply dehumanizing. The disappointment is not just medical. It is human.I write this in the hope that Mayo Clinic will consider not only the excellence of its clinical services, but also the importance of clarity, consistency, and empathy - especially when working with international patients who are already navigating pain, risk, and hope from afar.
