Review of samsung
We've had a samsung dishwasher, while wife complains it doesn't clean well (been working on not overloading) I noticed a rope rack was starting to rust. Kids are all grown up so, there's no reason for it. I used samsungs technical support via text. Wonderful invention. It was "solved" pretty painless as compared to a phone call. They were going to send a new rack in two days. Figured it was done.... nope... only the beginning!Short version is I bought, installed, disposed of old dishwasher faster than the amount of time it would be required to get samsung to actually do what they said they would do on call one....3 additionally text supports with same unfulfilled promise. 1 phone call with same promise. Surprisingly after 6 weeks and a whole bunch of time (hours and hours) we received a new rack. Given the service experience and the first xleaning complaint, I am now looking for a new dishwasher before there is another problem. What a disappointment and huge waste of my life in getting Samsung to do what they should have done on call 1.

18 days I am already waiting for a solution for my washing machine that doesn't work anymore. It is still under full waranty. I'm convinced right now that the chat customer support is AI (even if they say you get a 'real person' on the other side). No way that any real person is that stupid. I will never buy anything from Samsung again in my entire life and I truly hope they go bankrupt.

I can't tell you how many time I have asked how to do xxx, expecting that I've missed the instructions somewhere, and each time they email back saying "no, but I do think this is a great idea though, so I'll definitely be passing this onto our developers as a feature request.”Such a bad product. They don't have the basics in place and makes me look bad with my clients. The developers have clearly never used the product themselves. the most basic of basic functionality is not in place - even if you get Premium or any level. TERRIBLE product. Brutal Actually

I had a lot of problems when moving from the Classic MailerLite to the New MailerLite software, but Mariia managed to quickly solve them all with an unbelievable amount of patience, explanations, help and testing. She also offered additional workarounds to accommodate the needs of my different newsletters.I was trying out two alternative newsletter providers at the time, but thanks to Mariia's outstanding help, MailerLite easily won hands down as far as customer support was concerned and I will now continue using their services with a paid account that offers me all the features I need and a first-class support to help me out if need be.

Care.com has become so money hungry. You can’t even explore their site without paying to do so. They want high price for background checks that only lasts 6 months and you have no access to it but through their site. They now charge you to work jobs. You pay for premium membership and that means practically nothing. For a person needing work you may not be able to afford all the fees they want to charge you . Some jobs are not even actual jobs because they capture people who are just looking to see how the site works. It’s awful! They used to be a good place to find actual work but not anymore. I will be deleting their app never to return. I’m a great caregiver and in past years I’ve worked for families who loved the care I gave them.
