We have a family plan and lost track of which user 'owned' the organization. Turns out we were not paying attention to the nine dots in the top right corner so weren't switching to the admin console and could not figure out who owned the orgainzation. Help was kind and complete in making sure there was nothing else causing a problem.

Customer service is terrible. I have had automations working for months and all of a sudden they return a 403 error. Apparently I need to upgrade my account to have this feature, but it's been functional for months. When I ask, they are silent.

Special ordered 13 buckets of driveway sealer. Only 12 showed up at the store. Said they couldn’t ship another one had to refund and start over to get me one bucket they messed up on. I just got my refund and left.Will think twice about a bull order and pickup.

I bought a Media Freezer less that two weeks ago. Placed my own temperature monitor inside. The temperature fluctuates from -3 to 30+ F, the alarms go off, etc. I notified Lowe's, they said they would send someone out to fix or see if it needs to be replaced. I set up a time and date (8 hr window). The service person came, looked at and said it needs to be replaced. I called Lowe's and now they tell me another person from Media (which I have to call and set up another time and date) needs to come out to see if it can be fixed or replaced. Not sure why they didn't send them out the first time. So the freezer, which I bought new, not on sale, will not be working for another week and then not sure how long it will take to get it replaced? I would never buy an appliance from them again. I have spent thousands of dollars at Lowe's over the years, I suggest doing business with Home Depot

Bought from Uniqlo UK , they've sent me the wrong products, I've used their contact form twice to get a replacement and have the wrong items returned, and have been waiting a response for over 3 days now. Sad. Not even an acknowledgement of my request. Poor customer experience.

You provide little means to communicate with your team. This is a reflection on thumbtack not the project contractor. I reviewed the job right after it was completed yet continue to get requests to review the project. The emails from thumbtack provide no mechanism to respond to them.

They have the worst customer support I have ever seen. They don't know their own products, and have given me twice instructions to follow that resulted in us loosing money. I'm stuck with them for now as I paid a yearly plan, but I will switch as soon as I can.
