I too am surprised to see many negative reviews. I have been using Amazon for over twenty years. First in the US while working there. In Canada my home and now in the UK my new home. I have literally purchased thousands of products of every variety. On the few occasions that I was either not satisfied or for any other reason (wrong size, not correct for my application) etc.Amazon has always accepted returns and promptly refunded or exchanged my purchase. I have been a prime customer for ten years and enjoy all the movies, music and same or next day delivery.For those that have had a bad experience you haven't followed thru the return process properly. You should go to a brick and mortar shop and complain to them. Amazon goes above and beyond service online.

Honestly terrible if you need to speak to a tech person. Of course they outsource it all and I could not understand her. Just spoke very fast with a heavy accent. I was hacked and asked for another screen of my desktop. She literally couldn’t find when it was done. Shared my screen and it DID NOT APPEAR! Dont get this!

With 1000 operations a month and multi-step scenarios offered for free, plus paid tiers starting at $9/mo instead of $27/mo, Make is a great alternative to Zapier.

Why do flipkart delivery boys call the customer before coming? It's so disturbing. If the doors are shut or nobody is answering, then calling the customer makes sense. They talk as if they're doing a favor by delivering the products which we have paid for.

Emezia in customer service spent the better part of a half hour on the phone with me resolving a lost textbook. She went out of her way to make sure I felt heard, and at the end of the call we had a very positive resolution. This interaction made it more likely that I will return to Chegg in the future for a textbook rental need.

If Zillow believes they can let ANYONE AND EVERYONE post with them DONT MAKE PROMISES YAL ARENT ABLE TO CONTROL AT ALL - like for example; “$300 off fiirst month rent if you move in by the 30th-“-and it’s the 28th-. Company I ended up renting through said they needed a 5 day period due to a last inspection they do (that takes 30-45 min max). - Even after paying a deposit over a thousand dollars I STILL didn’t get a call or an email with an actual persons name-(I only got emails signed with company name)-TOTALLY DIFERENT EXPERIENCE—^ great way to push ppl into buying- I tell u that much-* I apologize if I am TOO HONEST- I tend to over share-God bless

Just travelled to Dubai and paid extra for 2 “skip the line tours” to burj khalifa and the mall aquarium via TA. Turned up to both and found no prioritisation. The first one actually took an hour to get to the top. The local agents has ignored my complaint and I checed the internet and apparently there is no recourse or no way to complain to TA or Viator about the clear misrepresentation of the offer so you won’t get your money back.

I ordered a laptop and a Kuerig coffee maker and a couple other items. I called bc it said it had been delivered but I didn’t get it. My apt has a ring doorbell but they delivered it to the mailroom. Target told me that they consider it successfully delivered and will no replace it or refund the money. DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING FROM THEM!!!

Usually use Amazon but last few items have not arrived not just next day but not at all.Amazon refunded a third of the price I paid luckily it was only £10 and I received £3.82 back. Glad I hadn't bought the more expensive things surely you should be refunded the whole amount you have paid disappointed as usually a good company
