The worst experience with emirates airline customer service! Never believe they are one of the top 3 airline company! I’ve purchased a ticket on 11Nov’23 with my credit card and partial miles. 2FA done and transaction was successful from both bank and emirates app. I even received a confirmation email to it with a notification that my miles were deducted. I even checked my trip with booking reference found in my app. So what more can I expect from this and how can this be a failure after all? I randomly checked and found out my booking was not processed after weeks and I called the bank and they said if 2FA confirmed, it is the airline app side issue that did not process my payment to proceed it. I did twice (2nd time was about a week ago), it never went through. I only realized after a week so today I called up the customer service and they blamed me that I should have contacted them asap if not processed but how would I know it was not successful after I saw “thank you for booking…” on the app at the end and my trip found in my app? They now tell me that I should rebook again with the current rate which is way more expensive than I initially processed a few weeks ago. Such a disappointment that NO ONE even senior management who called me did not address my concern and never even check their own system error but only asked me to book again if I want it. I doubt their professionalism as top airline company.

I use Canva's free version to design and print business cards. First, I am very happy with their design tool. It is more straightforward and user friendly than other places I tried, and their templates were a good starting point for my design.After placing several orders I can say the experience has been excellent. Print quality is good, and the upgraded paper feels high quality. The most recent order did have some cards with little flakes missing. I contacted Canva on a Sunday afternoon, and within a few hours they already sent a reprint of all cards at no cost. Great customer service, great product.

The worst internet provider. I don’t know what incompetent fiber or cable dudes they have working in the oak hill Texas area but my WiFi has been out for 7 days and they’ve had today at 10 as when it would be back. They then changed it to next 24 hours. Now it’s for Friday at 3. Hope yall figure this out and give me my money back for all the time I’ve lost. Will be canceling asap

WHAT HAS HAPPENED TO ATT❓ The customer service the last couple of years has gotten progressively worse! I have invested hours trying to speak to a NATIVE ENGLISH SPEAKING CUSTOMER SERVICE SUPERVISOR! No matter how many times you say ‘Customer Service’ you are routed to ANDY…which only half works in any given day! Then you are transferred to a recording that gives you an option for a ‘call back’…one that never comes! SO YOU START OVER JUST TO KEEP BEING LOOPED AROUND AND AROUND! FINALLY GET SOMEONE AND CAN’T UNDERSTAND MOST OF WHAT THEY ARE SAYING! This company has sent a clear message that they do not care about us as customers and ALL THEY CARE ABOUT IS GIVE ME YOUR MONEY! I left Sprint over 20 plus years ago and my family came to ATT because the customer service was so bad! ONLY RECENTLY HAS ATT BASICALLY BECOME THEM IN HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! It is so frustrating to have to spend this much time trying to get through to someone! My daughter was smart enough to leave 5 years ago to T Mobile and we were too stupid to leave! Because we have been with ATT for more than 20 years, I tried to hang but it’s time! This is outrageous!

The booking was not showing up I my profile so I had no chance to change or cancel it on my own. I wrote several emails to TripAdvisor, but nothing happened. There is no customer service at all! TripAdvisor is a scam! Just book with the company’s directly or with shops on the streets.

Shuttershock is definitely a SCAM! DO NOT give them your information. I signed up for a free trail and it won't let me cancel even though I have tried everything to cancel. The items I tried to download where unusable, which is why I cancelled!!! They have stolen 7 x months payments AFTER I cancelled on their site. Then wanted to charge me even more to get my money back!!!

Amazon now ships many products unpackaged. Many of the things I've purchased in the past couple of months are now showing up damaged because they aren't protected. Pickup for returns is no longer free. If I want to return it for free you have to take it to UPS and purchase a box to put it in.On top of all that Amazon delivery drivers are not trained at delivering mail like USPS, UPS and FedEx. They're just subcontracted drivers randomly assigned an area for a day and use phone GPS to make deliveries. What can go wrong? Everything. They've delivered my packages to the wrong apartments, wrong building. Or just ditch my package at the front entrance of the building for anyone to walk by and steal. I've watched some of them walking around and around the building unable to find the front entrance. I get some of the drivers are overworked and confused, but a blind person could easily find the front door!This is beyond ridiculous and not worth the hassle. I'm going to start shopping elsewhere that still uses packages and an actual legitimate shipping service.

Scammers! Campbell Bookstore sent me a $4 book instead of the $64 book I ordered. Then sent a torn up copy of the book I ordered. I sent both back and still have not received a refund and Allan Campbell (owner) will not answer my emails after receiving the return items. It’s been 3 months and nothing.
